Room is on the main Laguna Beach Road and extremely noisy with car traffic. I found the little box for ear plugs as I was cleaning up the room to leave. They know is an issue obviously!

On the plus side, the room was clean and located well. Parking was easy. The upstairs balcony area was very nice. On the negative side: The bed was VERY soft, the room was very noisy, and the balcony was on the street, the lighting was terrible, no safe in the room, and the furnishings were spare and tired. Perhaps other rooms are more comfortable, but 202 was not good.

Property nice, but: 1. Could have been cleaner. Thick layer of dust on artificial plant leaves - hadn’t been cleaned in months. 2. Could have been better equipped. Only paper cups available - should have had thick plastic glasses or glassware, and ice bucket in room. Poor choice of coffee and lack decaf.

First self check-in hotel experience! Prepaid parking in garage available as well. All went smoothly. Nice hotel and location, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Didn’t use our car the whole time once we arrived. Walked everywhere!

This property is located in a good area for walking to some of the beaches and the trolley is steps aways to travel to the remainder of beaches and downtown areas. Room was spacious and comfortable except for noise from the street. We were glad for parking on the property, but used the trolley for all our sight-seeing.

The only thing we did not like was the traffic on Coast Hwy. The staff were very nice and helpful. The texting option to receive towels and ither was great!

Our stay here was fantastic! The location is great—easy to get to, easy parking, and walkable to the beach. The room was very large and clean. Nice little balcony and we even had a peek at the ocean. It is a little loud, but it is right on PCH, so that’s to be expected. I’m sure it’s the same in any hotel on the busy road. We absolutely loved it and would definitely go back next time we are in that area.
