Our family had a great time again at the Crest. The new pullout couch was a great improvement and so much easier to set up. (The apartment just needs linens for the couch bed or bring your own.) We will be back!

Great place! Only inconvenience was having no fitted sheet for the pull out sofa bed but was able to utilize the flat sheet from the queen bed. Great walking distance from everything! Very private and quiet!

The good: Great location, nice property, very clean
The bad: The check-in process was hell. There was no map to show the location of the key lockbox and there were lockboxes all around the property. So I had to walk around the property twice to find the bike rack which was hidden behind a wall. There was also no map to show the location of the Crest parking lot or differentiate it from the nearby parking lot. There was no parking permit provided and all the signs warned of fines and towing so I lived in fear of losing my car. There is no overnight public parking in Rehoboth for non-residents so I couldn't even just pay to park somewhere. We didn't have hot water the first night because when you turn the shower to hot, only cold water comes out. I realized that the shower mixer had been installed UPSIDE down so that the hot side was cold, then off was in the middle (where it was supposed to be warm) then it goes to hot. So obviously this was unpermitted and makes me wonder what else is wrong. Lastly, the tvs didn't work. We had our devices but we were going to watch tv and all of the channels came in as if they were scrambled. There were no instructions anywhere and any time I contacted Vacasa for help (seven times total, through the app and by phone) I got a response saying it would be relayed to the property manager. For the amount of money I spent there, I am really pissed off. I asked for a partial refund and heard nothing else.

My husband and I came for Sun-Th stay perfect place for 2 people. The unit has a wonderful partial ocean view from balcony and kitchen. Super comfy bed and living room. Steps from beach and down town too. The host has nice to amenities, like a keurig and good TV .Most of all the unit was clean and updated nicely ! We will definitely be back!

I messaged the host in June to make sure the pool would be open during our stay. I no sooner get in the pool only to be asked to get out because the crew needed to close it for the season. The pull out couch would not go back in so I didn’t have a couch to sit on at all.

The Crest is a beautiful place within minute to the beach and to the lake/park. We will definitely come back. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to place the key lockbox in a more convenient place. We had to crawl behind bikes to access it. There are a lot of elderly visitors and I find it difficult to imagine them doing this.

Only glitch was dirty towels left in bathroom. Glass slider in living room could use a screen to keep out flies; wouldn’t have had to turn on AC if we could have kept slider opened. Well equipped kitchen. The entire building complex is well maintained. Easy parking. Spotless bed linens and bath towels, super location! We’ll be back.

The condo is great with a great location as stated in the other reviews, but this Property has a couple issues:
Noise: The building located at One Virginia Avenue has large noisy air handler units that are right behind the 11 Virginia Ave Building. If you think you are going to sit on the balcony, by the pool or open the condo windows and listen to the ocean that is not going to happen. All you hear 24/7 is the air handler units running.
Parking: This building has a parking lot designed for smart cars. Some of the parking spaces require you to back out of the parking lot into the street as there is insufficient room to turnaround. If your vehicle is longer than 17 feet the property manager will kick you out of the parking lot. There is parking in front of the building but it is all metered between May 15th and September 15th and will cost you $3 per hour or $36 per day.

I love the view of the ocean from the balcony as well as the dining room. I enjoy the kitchen which is small but serviceable. I think the unit is best for a solo or couple as there is one bathroom, but it would be doable and affordable for 4 in the summer.

Spent 3 nights over Sea Witch weekend in October 2022. We were really happy with the rental. The space was better than we hoped it would be. Tastefully decorated with great views of the ocean from the corner windows and from the balcony. The location was perfect too. Just a minute walk to the boardwalk and under 10 minute walk to Rehoboth Avenue. Check-in was a little confusing at first but then we figured out that the key needed to be picked up at the lockbox at the main office on Baltimore Avenue. We will return again and book this rental without hesitation!

The process of getting the key for the property was difficult. The box that held the key would not open. They had to send someone out so after a long drive we were stuck waiting for the key to the VRBO. The cleanliness was wonderful but their was no charm to the condo. The kitchen was so poorly stocked that we didn’t even have hot pads or just the basic spices- salt & pepper. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Should have been updated awhile ago. Loved the location, but will only rent from people who own the property, not a business.

We have been going to the crest for about 30 yrs and love the small building the 1 bedroom and view of the beach and mist of all the beach block and closeness to the town No need for a car everything is accessible

The company asked me to sign the rectal agreement 4x. I would get confirmation that they got it and a week later the would send it again. The last day the sent an Email saying the same thing. I tried calling to resolve it and got nowhere. I had to be on hold on my travel day for 30 minutes until it was resolved. The beds were uncomfortable. The pullout couches were unusable..

Enjoyed the condo!
We love it here have been coming to an 03 condo at the crest for 40 years! I even owned 203 for a while. We’ve never been this late in the season but it was wonderful thank you seachange for making everything so easy with wonderful linen service including beach towels. We had everything we needed. I love having a collection of formerly read books and will leave ours. My daughter and I come now and we’re small. It would be wonderful if there was a smaller chair

Fulfilled my expectations
This is an amazing property and though limited, views are fantastic. Bit small for 4 people but given the terrific location it is a very small compromise. Kitchen has all items. Still have drip coffee maker and a Keurig would have been a nice addition for coffee lover in me. I enjoyed my stay overall and highly recommend.

Fantastic beach condo
We enjoyed our stay at this location. The property was as advertised. The location is always convenient for our trips. The kitchen had a good stock of cooking supplies- pots/pans, utensils, etc. Very well organized and the carpet on the stairs and upper level was the best. A perfect winter escape
We had an issue with the bed frame and property manager was not able to properly fix it over the weekend which caused us to sleep on the sofa couch for 2 nights. However once they reached out to the owner the owner quickly responded by purchasing a new bed frame which completely solved the issue. The frame is very solid now. We appreciated that response. Condo is updated and perfect for 2 people with a very nice view of the ocean. It is walking distance to the beach and the stores and restaurants. We enjoyed the bike trails nearby and easy drive to to outlet malls. I would recommend this condo.

Excellent Location. Very clean and very well decorated
Though I am more of a Fall and Spring visitor to Rehoboth (I generally avoid the Summer crowds!), I decided to come for a winter break. The location was perfect - close enough to walk to the main drag (4 easy blocks) and just far enough to be very quiet. The condo was equipped with everything I needed and the description was very accurate. I would highly recommend this listing for anyone looking to stay in Rehoboth.
