Could have been better…

Clean apartment

1. RFID tag to car park didn’t work at all. It makes it so inconvenient. The fact that the staff already knew it didn’t work yet it was still given to us. He said they are having problems with all their rfid tags when I asked for a replacement. Imagine going in and out of the apartment building each time having to explain to the guards why it’s not working and can they just help open the boom gates to two check points going into the building. That was why I cut short my stay at Lumi. 2. The unit given to us faces the highway therefore it was very noisy, even with all the windows and sliding doors shut. 3. The ramp going from floor to floor in the carpark is a spiral narrow one. Very challenging to drive up. 4. From the carpark, there is one lift going to level L (which is the facilities level) and from there, walk to the access door to the lift going to the tower where the apartment is located. It is an open air area. Luckily it didn’t rain for the few days we were there.

will definately book again

the guards at the gates did not speak english, however were very kind and helpful. the cafe downstairs was super convenient to grab a coffee on the go. the location was also easy for grab drivers to navigate to and from

one night the bedroom door got jammed. i called and left a message at the property number given on booking.com but didn't get any response. we informed the situation to the guards downstairs since there was no-one else at the reception but they were not able to help us. the locksmiths available at the time we're charging over 350RM to open the door at the time so we spent the night in the living room. the reception did eventually open at 9am and a lady helped open the door. again everyone was super friendly. but there should've been an emergency contact to refer to in situations like these. apart from this the stay was fabulous

Excellent stay - would book again

Looks just like the photos. Clean, comfortable and modern. Had everything we needed. Swimming pool great. Cafe, restaurant and small shop attached to complex. Walking distance to more shops and restaurants. Staff responded quickly to any queries.

Only one lift from the carpark meant a bit of a wait sometimes. The tag to get in and out of the carpark did not work so had to rely on security to let us in (I appreciate the owners cannot control this). A bigger sofa would have been nice.

Nice new property at good location with very tight security. Security guard are strict and helpful although some can’t really understand English well. Nice pool with nice restaurants at ground level and can order to be delivered to residents units.

The Indian Lady management hospitality staff. Slow response and never answer our questions when we needed help during the check in night. Even the next few days of stays, the parking issue we facing wasn’t been addressed. During checkout accusing us lost the parking RFID tag which was not given in our key pouch when we self-collected from mailbox. Insisted we pay fine of RM50 without giving any receipt

Repeat stay and we returned to this apartment just 6month school holidays

Clean and polite service staffs. Easy check in with front desk staff to assist and explain. Bed and sofa are very comfortable. Big spacious Toilets with clean white towels. Kids love the playground. Very convenient and great food at just apartment.

Location a bit out. Allocated carpark lot hence a bit troublesome.

Superb! Will book with Lumi again for next short trip

This is the 2nd time we booked with Lumi, as usual Lumi’s staff quite friendly and helpful, easily connected with them if you have any issue. Although, the location is not perfect, but is convenient for my relatives to meet up.

The common toilet and the RFID enter the car park have some issue, but the staff very quick response and arrange to resolve it.

The BBQ was not available when we wanted to use it after 5pm. A key needs to be booked in advance. I guess, there are different rules compared with BBQ in Australia where it's available 24/7..

Modern and clean.

Very spacious and clean. Everything very modern and worked very well such as the lift. Was able to contact someone easily with a query I had. The cafe in the lobby had great western style coffee and good meals. Bed very comfortable.

Would be good to have some bowls, jugs etc for cooking but this just a minor thing.Location was a bit isolated with no shops nearby. The layout was a bit weird. Heaps of storage but small cramped toilet area.
