Very good holiday park, located close enough to all facilities within the park.
The train line which ran parallel to the back of the caravan was unexpected & very loud.

We loved everything definitely value for money

Spacious, good size, comfortable beds, 2 toilets, good sized shower, wife reckons best shower in a caravan we've had, great location, good big tv.
Bit dated, wi fi not to clever, but all in all, still excellent value for money.
8.0
Good location and specious for a family of four.
Wi-Fi was for name sake, never able to connect to it. Railway tracks are just behind the static caravan so it’s little disturbing.
10.0
Clean, homely, comfy beds, everything you need kitchen wise.
It does back on to the train tracks but you don’t notice it after a bit.

Clean and tidy. Plenty of room for sitting outside and parking car
Internet was intermittent but wasn’t a major issue as tethered from phone

Quiet and away from the main complex
The train track so close but once asleep this didn't bother us

Brill caravan, lovely and clean. Loved the seating area and how close it was to the sea.
Trains are quite loud and disturbed sleep slightly.

Liked · We had a cosy & comfortable stay in this caravan at 32 & would definitely book again. It was very clean & well looked after. It had lovely kids reading books & all you needed to cook basic meals & wash up. It’s in a perfect & quiet location on a busy campsite, tucked in a little corner but only a short distance to a fantastic & clean beach plus easy access to all the facilities on the campsite. There is lots to do on the campsite & really great facilities. We tried the soft play area & had yummy milkshakes at the cafe, enjoyed a few pints at the bars (inside & outside with bouncy castle), had a superb time at the brand new & super clean swimming pool & fun splash park with awesome slides. There is also crazy golf, a mini supermarket, a large arcades area, gym, steam room & sauna but we didn’t try these. When we arrived there was a superb saxophone player blasting out Hed Kandi tunes at the outside bar with a bouncy castle for the kids which was brilliant! We spent most of our afternoons on the beach & then out to dinner but there are pool parties & entertainment on most evenings. Our caravan at 32 was very quiet & peaceful as it’s quiet corner of the campsite & kids played happily & safely outside with other children. I I highly recommend Chinese Laughing Buddha restaurant & Les & Rita’s fish bar for meals. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely caravan 😊
Liked most things but there were a couple of minor things - The pull cord on the small window by TV was damaged. The water in the toilet cistern in main toilet would struggle to stop running after flushing. Previous guest had left bacon fat in grill which I cleaned up. The kitchen sink could do with a bowl to save water when washing up. Not sure if Wifi can be improved as really hard to watch movies at night due to lack of internet strength.

Great being so close to the beach for walking the dog. Didn't have any kids with us but site looked good for families.
Train line is behind the caravan, didn't bother us but might do others. It's a good walk to the nearest pub if you don't want to use the one on camp.
