This penthouse apartment is just two blocks from downtown Cape. It features a roof deck with (by far) the best view in Cape, enough space for six to sleep (two queen beds and two couches), one off street parking spot and a building with secure entry. You can't find a better place in Cape than this unit here.

Enjoyed staying in the penthouse apartment near downtown. The location was easy to get to and had a nice view of the river. We enjoy walking to a coffee shop one morning that was nearby. The apartment was clean, 2 bathrooms for getting ready, tv's in the living room and bedrooms, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, the beds were comfortable, but the pillows could be better. We travel to Cape about once a year and would stay here again.

Excellent location and check in was a breeze! We were in town for volleyball and I am so glad I booked here instead of a hotel. We had plenty of room and the patio deck offered a wonderful view of the river.

Great stay for the 2024 eclipse. The property was very well maintained and clean, and the host was very great at communicating. Wonderful view of the Mississippi and downtown area. Would definitely stay again.

The house in Cape was exactly what was shown in the pictures. A rooftop with a good view, and plenty of space to spread out inside!

The property was amazing. Very clean and easy to find. Location was great. Within walking distance of everything downtown. I especially loved the rooftop deck with views of downtown and the river.
