Charming, historical and friendly!!!
Art.
Adventure: Mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, snowshoe, ice skate, hunt, fish, swim and more...
Live music! (Bent Nails Bistro, Charlie O's (pool tables), Positive Pie, Hugo's) You can almost always find live music in Montpelier on a Thursday thru Sunday.
Pristine air and water!
Montpelier has wonderful locally owned shops and restaurants, and a distillery (Barr Hill), an organic winery (Montpelier Vineyards), amazing bakery/coffeeshops (Capital Grounds is my favorite), and a chocolatier (Rabble Rouser)!

Nice place to stay

Convenient-clean-spacious-easily accommodated my family of 5. We appreciated having two full bathrooms to allow everyone to be ready in time for the many events we were attending. When we return, we will try to stay here again.

Overall a positive stay. If we were to stay again, I would suggest updating expired coffee and condiments. Dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher.

Checkin was a breeze and all that we needed was made available to us. The place was within 5minutes of local eateries and close to roads connecting to other towns. We had a very lovely and peaceful weekend. Thanks again Tracy.

There are only 2 bedrooms. The so called third is a pass through room from living room to kitchen with a lumpy hard low futon and no door and no curtains. The other big problem was heat. When it was warm in living room and bedroom by living room the back bedroom was a sauna. The cold living room was made worse by not having any curtains. This ended up being where our third person had to sleep and lack of curtains meant zero privacy. The bath off the living room had no heat whatsoever. The top thing you want from a vrbo are the beds. This should be listed as 2 bedroom with added sofa sleeping options in uncurtained common rooms without doors. It was clean and check in was fine. Would only recommend for 2 adults and kids.

We stayed at the apartment while skiing at Stowe (40 min drive). The unit was very clean with plenty of room for our family of six to spread out. One bedroom does not have complete privacy but was fine for our teenage son. It is a shared unit and you do hear the other families at times. The owner was helpful in answering our questions.

We stayed here for our residency at VCFA. Perfect location for easy back and forth to campus. Steep, but very doable for people without mobility challenges, walk into down. Comfortable beds and living area. Well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again :)

It's a beautiful apartment that has been updated. The kitchen is well stocked with condiments and coffee which we appreciated. It's super clean. The one drawback is that there are no blinds in one of the bedrooms & no blinds in the living room & you have to go through the living room to get to the bathroom from at least one of the bedrooms. Newer washer/dryer - very clean. It would be perfect if they installed blinds - especially in the bedroom!!!

Clean, comfortable, beautiful Montpelier home
The large space has three separate sleeping areas and two bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and inviting, I cooked several meals during my stay. The front area is well air-conditioned for the hotter days, but during the lovely cool Vermont evenings, the entire house stays at a comfortable temperature. I slept peacefully, enjoyed the well-appointed bathroom/shower, and even watched a show on Netflix while the washer and dryer quietly did their job (they are behind a door in a closet-like space in the living room). Friends came over and we enjoyed sitting on the deck. Overall an ideal stay in a comfortable home!
