This beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath canal front home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac just a short .9 miles from Fisherman's Village and 1.5 miles from the heart of charming downtown Punta Gorda. Come stay awhile and fall in love with this bright and spacious home. The large king primary suite has direct lanai access, a sitting area, smart TV, large bath with dual sinks, a tile walk in shower, soaking tub and walk in closet. The split floor plan offers a second king suite with its own bath and smart TV. Bedrooms 3 and 4 feature a queen bed and two twins respectively and share an adjacent full bath with a tub/shower combo and dual sinks. All bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort. Enjoy the completely stocked kitchen featuring island seating as well as indoor and outdoor dining spaces. The lanai boasts peaceful canal views, a heated pool, propane grill, plenty of very comfortable outdoor seating and a large television for your enjoyment!

The house was great. Clean and good location. Kids had a great time catching fish off the dock in the backyard. They provide everything you need in the house!

This is a beautiful property in a nice very quiet neighborhood! Tammi, the host was easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. This property had everything you needed to get settled in as a family. Although we had a lot of rain the week we were here, we were able to enjoy the amazing pool for a few days! The added floats were great to soak in the Florida sun. Being able to wash a couple loads of laundry during the week was nice as well. The kitchen was well equipped where I was able to make a few meals for the family there. Everything was great and would definitely recommend this location for a Punta getaway!

The home is in a quiet neighborhood and decorated in a very lovely and comfortable manner. Super clean and the pool and lanai area are perfect. The owner has provided everything that you may need. Having access to a garage during our stay was wonderful. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us. You are very gracious hosts. We loved our stay here.

The house has everything it was a great location in a beautiful neighborhood. We took walks each night and the kids swam in the pool all day. We are going to go back again next year!!!

Absolutely wonderful home! Clean and comfortable, in a nice quiet neighborhood. Easy access to stores and restaurants! This has everything you’ll need for a wonderful, relaxing vacation! Tammie was extremely easy to communicate with! Highly recommend!!

Lots of seating options indoor and outdoor; construction noise across the canal made for earllier mornings than planned..however the house was as described; sunny days warmed the pool on top.. nice pool bench seating.

The house is exquisite with an unforgettable magnificent master bath with a large soak tub and open glass shower-- simply divine. All bedrooms and baths beautifully appointed. House furnishings beautiful as well as luxurious towels and linens-- The pool is heated and we enjoyed it immensely. The best experience we have ever had with VRBO - this house will never disappoint. The owners have thought of everything - even down to pots and pans in the kitchen.

Clean, well furnished and located in a quiet neighbourhood it is an ideal base to explore south west Florida. Tammie the host was very helpful with the one or two queries we had and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Super close to the airport and EVERYTHING in Punta Gorda. Great communication with manager and super clean house. Several guests commented on the superior water pressure in the showers. The house is decorated beautifully and couldn't be more pleased with our stay!

This years vacation was great from start to finish! Very easy booking. The day we arrived Tammie reached out and greeted us and gave easy access and instructions for the home. The home was absolutely beautiful clean and just perfect for my family! I may have been a bit of a pain asking some questions to Tammie but she responded quickly And was there for any help or questions that needed answering. When it was time to leave check out was easy and Tammie reached out to wish us farewell and a safe trip home. Definitely a vacation for the books! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!
