This was such a comfortable home to stay in. Everything was quality. Have done lots of VRBOs for many years but this is one of the best in terms of generous homeowners willing to share. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Linens and towels were excellent quality. Full washer and dryer for use as well as dishwasher. Good quality water. Homeowners even provided soap, shampoo and conditioner. Very nice touches when we arrived to welcome us as well. I would highly recommend!

We loved staying here over 4th of July. During high tide you can hear the waves crashing on the rocky coast!!

This lovely home is very comfortable, beautifully furnished, with all the amenities one could need. It is secluded but easily accessible and only a short drive will take you to the village and one of the most scenic and dramatic peninsulas of mid-coast Maine.

We were in town for my sister’s wedding at the Pemaquid Light House and reception at the Bradley Inn. Ed, the property owner was very attentive and helpful. He promptly answered our phone calls and text messages. The house was a perfect fit for our family of four- mom and dad and two boys aged 9 and 12. The home was very clean and spacious. Having the linens provided was a bonus. Even though the home had twin beds downstairs, our two boys preferred to sleep closer to us. Ed has a new queen-sized pull out sofa in a living space just outside of the master bedroom. This is where our boys slept but they loved having the twin bedroom downstairs to play on their iPads during some down time in the morning before we began our adventures. We loved the close proximity to C.E Reilly grocery store, Rachel Carson preserve, hiking trails, the Pemigquid Light House, the Sea Gull Restaurant, The Anchor Restaurant, The Sole ( former Contented Sole) restaurant, Pemaquid Beach, Kayaking with Maine Kayaks,Damariscotta, and not too far from Mt. Battie in Campden, ME ( 40 minutes). The Hardy Boat tours dock is just 5 minutes away to see the puffins! The other plus for the house is the well-stocked kitchen with pots, pans, cups, plates, and silverware. Ed has a full kitchen with oven, toaster oven and dishwasher. I highly recommend this property and would love to come back again! Thank you for providing a perfect place for us to stay while in Maine.

My husband, our son, and I stayed for a week in this lovely house. The house has everything you could ask for and the host is attentive and a pleasure to communicate with.
This location is close to all of the Maine sites that we enjoy - Pemaquid Lighthouse, beaches and kayaking, good restaurants and good markets for when we cooked at home. We had a wonderful experience.

Owner right on top if communication! Very cozy quite spot! place to stay!
I recommend the stay! Loved the quiet area! The owners are new!... literally just got property 3 weeks ago and still working things out! Nothing major! I believe they will do great! I personally would stay again! Again the are certainly on top of any communication! Not that we had alot! I like that they have it all written out in the book and notes to help in the home! House was open with lots of natural light coming in windows! Bedding was very clean! I felt bad and accidentally caught my finger on and broke a small ceramic bowl turning off a light on a small table! I also regret that we did not write in the guest book there was some confusion on my family's part as who was to write in it... Since I am terrible writer! Thank You for reading. Michael Taylor!
