Ocean-view dinners are a cinch from the pretty, fully-equipped kitchen, and you’ll happily savor dessert afterwards in front of the fireplace and 50” TV on plush seating in the living room. An outdoor deck gives you access to fresh ocean breezes. Two bedrooms, one sumptuous queen with a TV and another kid-friendly double twin with an XBOX gaming nook, are on the lower level; a spacious, ocean-view king suite will spoil you on the upper level.

When you’re ready to explore Rockaway Beach, it’s a quick drive to miles of sandy beach and a bakery, dining and shopping in town. Catch a ride on the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad for a coast-side trip to Garibaldi and back on a steam train. Or venture further by car to towns to the north, including Manzanita, Cannon Beach and Seaside. You’ll be glad to return each evening to Elli’s Haus, knowing you’ll have all you need to rejuvenate for your next day of coastal adventure!

We received a email from meridian lodging but I had no idea who that was. I booked through vrbo?? The checkin was pushed back two hours and we did not get the checkin instructions for two days. Thank god the cleaning staff was there when we checked in. House was very nice though

We chose this property, without ever having been to the Oregon Coast, and we're so glad we did! The house was perched at the top of a hill and had the most beautiful views of the ocean and Twin Rocks. It was so nice to wake up and have coffee on the balcony and then watch the sunset, with completely unobstructed views. The rooms and beds were super comfy. The kitchen was so nice and had EVERYTHING you need to prepare meals, etc, should you want to! If cooking isn't your thing, you're only 5 minutes from several quaint and delicious restaurants. It's within 20-30 minute's drive to Manzanita and Cannon Beach, so very centrally located. Highly recommend!

Loved the house, did not like all the spiders on the outside of the house, all over the porch,balcony, and the siding. We swept all the webs away, so we could enjoy the balcony. It was so hot upstairs, when we checked in.

A lovely property that really felt like a home. Beautiful views and a large, light living room. Up a very steep hill so drove rather than walked to the beach. Well equipped kitchen although could do with a few more of the basics.

The property is an odd one. It’s got the feel of a lot of random things picked up at swap meets and garage sales. Everything doesn’t work and does work at the same time. There are 10 night stands and/or tables in the living room. Which was just weird. But I am not saying that in a negative way. Even though the home is “kid friendly”…it’s a little subjective. Our 16 month old tumbled down the stairs and I caught her before she bounced on the bottom. A child gate would have gone a long ways. Also temperature regulation in the place is tough since they don’t have forced air. It was insanely warm till the sun went down and then once it cooled off, it was so chilly we had to double up on blankets. But even with those minor things…the place is amazing!!! The views alone make this worth the price. The kitchen was very well laid out and I enjoyed the experience of cooking in an open kitchen with the eat in dining area. The property is located up a steep road which is a dramatic path to an even better place to stay. Would I stay here again? Absolutely! We’re already talking about our next trip!

Good location is the best we can say, but that is all. Check in time was 5:00 pm. We arrived at 5:30, still not ready for anyone to check in. We had to do all the laundry from the prior stay, the bed sheets, all the towels and that means washing and drying after we bought laundry soap and dryer sheets. Did I tell you that the washer and dryer are at least 20 years old if not much older. Broken towelette paper holder in main bathroom not to mention the dirty towelette that needed cleaning. In the kitchen, all of the cabinet doors were open and a scrub brush on the counter. The king size bed had a queen top sheet, it did not fit the bed. Past midnight when the cleaning was finished. We were pissed to say the least. Way over charged per night on this. I did call the company about the condition. What were we told? "That they had a cleaning emergency and we needed to understand." We responded that they needed to do something about it, and they just said: "send us pictures & we talk about it." Never heard from them again and I sent the pictures to them right away. Horrible start to our anniversary. Will never recommend.

We enjoyed our stay! We both are working remote so we were able to set up beautiful work desks with that view! The house was comfortable and clean. We will be back!
