Exceptional private oasis, with amazing staff, breakfast and pool.

Loved everything about this place. The staff were exceptional, the rooms were unique and very comfortable. The pool was amazing and the privacy when only a few steps from the heart of the city or the beach were fabulous. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Wish I could have stayed longer. Next time!

Aquém das minhas expectativas.

Boa decoração e enquadramento paisagístico. Os funcionários foram muito prestáveis.

Alojamento totalmente impreparado para dias de chuva. Apenas uma sala, onde chove e totalmente desabrigada. O quarto era muito pequeno. Ou se está deitado ou se está cá fora. Sem local para colocar uma mala de viagem.

Stunning boutique hotel in a beautiful resort with a relaxing vibe and attentive staff.

Rui on arrival greeted us at the beautiful gates, the entrance was breathtaking and we felt like we were in paradise. The setting is stunning. Staff are very friendly and food was incredible.

Oase van rust in het centrum

Het moment dat je door de poort loopt, stap je echt in een soort oase van rust waar een gemoedelijke sfeer hangt. En dat middenin het centrum van Albufeira! Daarnaast is het personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam (bedankt Paulo en de rest 😊).

De kamer die wij geboekt hadden (kamer 01) was niet erg groot, maar wel van alle gemakken voorzien met een groot comfortabel bed. Het enige wat tegenviel was de hoeveelheid licht wanneer je het donker wil hebben in de kamer. Dit was afkomstig van verschillende aparaten die licht gaven (airco, don't disturb sign) en de gordijnen die niet goed dicht konden en dus licht doorlieten. Verder was de kamer erg gehorig omdat deze aan de straat lag waar auto's langs reden en zich onder de keuken bevind. Ook had de badkamer hier en daar wat schoner gekunt. Al met al was het een heel prettig verblijf, wanneer deze punten er niet waren, was het zeker een 10 geweest!

Excellent/amazing/ beautiful!!

We loved everything.. the minute we pulled up to the door, greeted by an amazing manager Rui. He and his staff were like family. They took care of their guests everyday, every min to ensure everyone vacation was relaxing, stress free. A beautiful hotel.

Amazing place!

Superb location and the place is stunningly beautiful. The staff is lovely and so caring all the time. We had a super early flight back and Paulo made sure to pack up some breakfast for us the night before so we could have something to eat before our flight.

Beautiful ambience. Quiet chill out pool area that was never over crowded..staff were nice especially Anna who was just fantastic. Such a lovely lady! Nice hotel decor & very comfy beds Access to water and fruit all day if you require

With dietary requirements I feel that the morn breakfast that was presented, (was very pretty) did not cater for my dietary requirements or wasn't adapted, so I was required to eat the same thing of eggs every morning. Also cleaners didn't remove any glasses/ plates etc from our room over the stay during cleaning

Exceptional Hotel in terms of location , facilities, staff .

Lovely welcome from Paolo on arrival . Bedroom was decorated beautifully and was one of 4 bedrooms off a small courtyard with fountain . Other bedrooms were situated on a small cobbled street within Hotel premises which was very charming. Best continental Breakfast I have experienced , fresh produce daily served with oven baked breads plus Champagne ! As we departed early , Paolo organised takeaway breakfast for us which was a lovely gesture.

Words can hardly describe the feeling when you enter this oasis in the middle of the old town, it combines the WOW factor with a homely feel. The rooms are lovely the pool and surrounding areas are perfect for the amount of guests. The breakfast…. Just wait and see you will never have an experience like it.

The staff were amazing, especially Paolo. The service was amazing. There is one member of staff per 3 or four couples so you never wait for a thing. The location is also perfect. Just up the steps from the main street in old town and 5 mins from the night life. The room is cool, different from the typical hotel. The ambience and original decorative features are second to none. Couldn't fault this place, we felt like we were in The White Lotus

Beautiful hotel from start to finish.

This is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed at. From start to finish the whole hotel experience was fantastic. the room was spotless and a huge and comfy bed. The staff were attentive at all times and breakfast was outstanding.

Me and my partner are a young couple. And on the first day we was having a laugh in the pool and had a complaint made about us. This was out of control of the staff. However this left us feeling slightly uncomfortable when spending time around the pool area. So maybe not the best idea for young people or large groups

Best stay in Albufeira

Felt So relaxed was unreal ,great location and the staff were amazing so friendly and couldn't do enough for us,the manager is one in a million small example when we arrived the tv would not switch on so he then ordered us a brand new one and had it put on wall asap great customer service,food is lovely as much fruut as we could eat and the pool area is gorgeous, the rooms were cleaned with fresh bedding and towels for pool changed every day by really nice cleaning staff,I could go on and on but you really need to stay there to believe this place even exist as you could walk past it so easily. 5 star plus xx
