I think we've found our new place to stay when visiting Murrell's Inlet. Clean and comfy property , a great location.Everything we needed for a quick trip including a free pass for State Parks.

We had to find a new place quickly when our prior reservation had water damage. We found this townhome and hoped for the best. The house was exactly as you see in the pictures. Comfy and close to everything. Much attention to detail went into this property. We will be back again.

Inlet Summer was a fabulous experience for our November through March rental in Murrells Inlet. The unit was spotlessly clean, beds were very comfortable, and location was quiet while still being in walking distance to Marshwalk and easy driving distance to Huntington Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens, restaurants, food store, etc. The unit was extremely spacious and well planned out. We especially appreciated how well stocked it was for cooking, and the full size washer and dryer came in very handy. The parking spot right outside the front door was very convenient. Since we weren't there for summer season, it is a little difficult to know what the atmosphere in main tourist season is like, but it was perfect for us in the off season. We highly recommend this unit, and it would definitely be our first choice if we wintered again in SC.

We were very happy with this property and found it to be exactly as advertised. It was clean and had everything we needed.
The hosts smartly set up a trundle bed on the main level as seating that doubles as extra sleeping space. Great for kids.
The location is perfect. We were able to walk to the Marshwalk. There are no sidewalks. You have to walk along the bike path that runs along the roadside. This was ok for us, but maybe not for anyone with small kids.
The area was quiet and convenient to Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington State Park. We appreciated the park pass and took advantage of it.
Overall this was a great place to stay!

Had some terrible luck with vacation rentals. This place was top notch, beautifully decorated in a good location. We didnt want to be too close to the strip but able to drive over to engage. Didn't have to reach out to property owner for anything and the checkout process was super easy.

My daughter and her family loved this place. Very clean, New construction, trendy decor. Worked out perfect for extra space for over crowded beach house. Close to Huntington Beach State Park, too.

Great location, only 3/4 of a mile from the Marsh Walk, and less than 10-minute drive to Huntington State Park and Brookgreen Gardens. The unit itself is nice but needs a little TLC as far as finish work. Would recommend.

What a unique place!! Having grown up in Myrtle Beach area, and now coming back to vacation as an adult, I've stayed in many vacation rentals in this area. Murrell's Inlet is kind of a hidden gem, and Inlet Summer truly stands out as the most beautiful property I've stayed in - modern space, new and tasteful furnishings and a big kitchen equipped with everything. Even though we didn't cook much, the kitchen was a great place to hang out & mix drinks.
We used the state park pass provided, and thoroughly enjoyed Huntington Beach! I hadn't been to this specific beach since I was a kid, and probably didn't appreciate then how pristine and gorgeous it is with no homes or hotels - just a long stretch of natural landscape and the ocean.
We were able to walk to and home from dinner on Sat. night, which is such a PLUS for this location. Loved winding down the evening with a movie on the large TV in the cozy living space. We and the couple with us had a wonderful stay, we'll be back!

Great Property - Would Recommend
Had a great 5 days here! The townhome was very, very clean, comfortable, spacious and everything was essentially brand new. The kitchen had everything we needed. Four of us stayed here as an extension to an oceanfront beach stay from the prior week. It was a quick 7 minute drive to garden city beach which made it very nice as 2 of the 4 went to the beach every day and the other 2 worked remotely from the place and then went to the beach in the afternoon. I saw a recent/negative review on this property but I didn’t experience any of their concerns. I would stay here again, without question. I’m glad I didn’t see the negative review until I arrived as I may have thought twice about booking it and then I would have missed out on a very nice little community of townhomes with easy/drivable access to the beach and restaurants.

Leaking window and cockroaches
The rental looks great in the photos but you can clearly tell the home was cosmetically (half-assed) updated to be able to rent it out. The closet in the master was locked and it would have been nice to be able to use it to hang up clothes during my stay. When it storms, water pours in above and below the frame on the left window in the master bedroom. I called the rental company about it and was told they would have someone check it out when I checked out. It rained two more times after that and I lost sleep trying to keep water off of their floors and away from the TV that was mounted right next to the window. And… there were huge cockroaches found downstairs and in the second bedroom.
The rental did have dishes and cooking utensils but the water in the kitchen doesn’t get hot enough to cut through grease while washing dishes by hand.
Furniture was comfortable and I liked the decor.
