About this house rental

This very unique building was a home decor store in its previous life. The post and beam/farmhouse style building is now a vacation rental with the bottom two floors
approximately 4,000 sq feet being the main rental space. This home has an additional apartment upstairs that will only be rented out to someone in your group with your approval. The main property has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, kitchen, dining area, office area, 800 sq feet of outdoor patio with built-in seating , fire pit, outdoor string lights, fenced in backyard and plenty of grass area for family fun. Some of the sleeping areas are loft style where the high ceilings are open space above. Some are completely enclosed. Two of the rooms are large bunk rooms with 3 queen beds in each. The kitchen is open to the living room and the dining area. There is a second common TV area downstairs just outside the bunk rooms. There are 2 outdoor showers to help handle a big group getting ready at the same time. Outdoor showers are a Cape Cod must have. Located just a mile from Falmouth's favorite Beach, The Heights Beach.

The Island Queen Ferry to the Vineyard is also less than a mile away.

This rental is perfect for extended families, couples with children, golf trips, family celebrations and wedding parties. For additional fee you can have use of the large one bedroom apartment that is perfect for someone in need of a little quieter space maybe an older couple or a young couple with a baby. We were celebrating our father’s 90th birthday. The home and the yard were excellent for our extended family. I would recommend the addition of some sort of umbrella or awning in the backyard which gets direct sun. Large fire pit and seating area a great gathering space. Very true to the photos.

Absolutely loved our stay! Beautiful home, lots of space, fully stocked, convenient location, beautiful yard and blooming hydrangea garden. Our young boys played whiffle ball in the large driveway for hours, roasted s’mores in the backyard fire pit, and loved the outdoor showers. We kept taking them on cape cod outings and all they wanted to do was go back to the house, they enjoyed it that much! Thanks for such a great stay!

The house was perfect for our extended family of 10. It’s great to have separate “real” queen and king beds, no pull-out sofas. No one had to share a bed. Good bathrooms! Loved how open the house was and all the lovely decorating that tied in everywhere. Location was good—walk across the street for fresh seafood or good restaurant & walk left a building over for fresh pie. Groceries were across the street. Very comfortable house

Such an amazing trip to the Cape! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! We had a large family group of all ages, perfect for everyone! The house fit everyone’s needs and we had more than enough space! Everyone especially loved the fire pit and yard! Such a convenient location near the beach, Falmouth attractions, convenience stores! Donna went above and beyond to accommodate all of us and had great communication whenever we needed assistance!

I recently stayed here for a bachelorette weekend with 14 girls and highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay on the Cape! Even after seeing the photos in the listing, we were blown away by the beauty and size of the house. The yard was immaculate and perfect for photos. The backyard with the fire pit couldn’t have been cozier and was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation house. It was a quick trip to the ferry for Martha’s Vineyard and so close to downtown Falmouth. Donna’s attention to detail was incredible and the house was everything we could’ve asked for and more!

I’m so lucky to have found this beautiful home! It’s perfect! This house …wow!! I can’t even express how clean and equipped it was! We didn’t have to buy or bring anything. The house has everything you need. From beach chairs, outdoor showers! This was a plus!! My family & friends didn’t want to leave! We were sad to pack up!! We for sure will be back! Everything was on point!!

My friends and I went for a long weekend and it was one of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever stayed at! What a great space for a group get together. The home had so much space and everything we needed and more. The location is right on the main road but once you step inside you would never know. And it was great to be close to the grocery stores and shopping. The main floor was set up perfectly for our group to hang out and do big dinners each night as well as watch football and play cards. And we loved hanging out by the fire pit in the back. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

I stayed with some friends from school for retreat, and this was the perfect property to function as a home base. Every amenity imaginable was included from beach chairs and towels to paper plates for large group dinners. I would very highly recommend it and would happily return.

The house is on the main drag in town, at the light, but you would never know it. The yard is private and very nice and they did a fantastic job inside the layout of the house. Three bedrooms are in the basement and very nicely appointed with two full baths. Downstairs sleepers said any walking upstairs could well be heard and only a curtain between the two bedrooms was odd but required for fire. Overall, love the location and literally a 3 minute drive to an easily accessible parking next to the beach.

Although not on the water everything I mean everything is just a stones throw away. The yard is perfect for children’s batting practice, corn hole and little feet running up z as bd down the space. Adults can sit by fire when kids asleep!! Great house great lay out great owners!

Perfect location right near the ferry! The house is absolutely beautiful and every little detail is thought of from the personal shampoos to the extra toothbrushes. We had an absolute blast for our girls weekend. We loved all the beds and space we had! Highly recommend!

The property was an awesome place to hang out with friends and enjoy a weekend together. There are plenty of beds so people can spread out and be comfortable, even in a large group. The rental was centrally located and we were able to explore surrounding shops and restaurants - I would definitely recommend Eli’s tavern while you’re there. Donna was a great host! She responded quickly to all my questions and made the check in process seamless. We would definitely stay here again for another big group excursion! Falmouth is a great destination!

We recently visited with a group of 16 and couldn't be happier with our stay. The property was extremely clean and recently updated - The open floor plan was fantastic! Nice yard and fire pit for gathering outdoors, playing yard games, etc. Donna's communication was great, and she was very flexible. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Donna's property was the perfect rental for your family getaway. Accommodations were clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beach was so close! My family especially loved the backyard spaces. We spent all our nights outside by the fire. I took all my showers outside in the outdoor showers.
