I recently rented a condo in Chincoteague, VA, and had a fantastic experience. The property was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to local activities and just a short drive to the beach. The owner was very accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for an enjoyable visit. My family and I had a wonderful time at this location. The condo is Nicely decorated, Centrally localized, And has a beautiful view. We really enjoyed the fact that we could have fun at the beach in the morning and enjoy the pool the rest of the afternoon

This condo was absolutely perfect for our little family vacation! There was plenty of space for our group of six adults and one baby. Easy communication with Debbie made the entire process a breeze, and we loved the binder of information on local events and restaurants she left for us. The location is perfect for easily walking to restaurants and shops on Main St, and even to Maddox Blvd if you're up to it. The views from the balcony were gorgeous, especially at sunset. Everyone in our group was thrilled with the stay and we all can't wait to come back again.

Had a wonderful stay at this property. The pictures don't do it justice. The condo was much bigger than it looked in the photos. Love the kitchen and living room open floor plan. Sitting on the balcony looking out at the water was amazing. I will be booking this again in the future.

We all enjoyed our stay at this condo--it is spacious and well-equipped, easy to park and with access to the third floor via the elevator. Bike racks are convenient to use, and the bay views are beautiful. Communication was clear and prompt. All in all, a very nice stay in Chincoteague!

Very comfortable condo that fully lives up to its description in Vrbo. Lots of room. Very clean. Wonderful balcony. Great location in the heart of Chincoteague. The other guests were all very friendly. Loved the ponies and the NASA Flight Facility. Nice selection of restaurants and the grocery store (Island Foods Great Valu) was excellent.

Our stay was great and Debbie was an amazing host. The house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. Communication was excellent. The location was perfect, with easy walking to many shops and restaurants, but minimal car traffic, which was nice. The beach equipment was also nice, with chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards as well. Thank you so much Debbie!!!

We come to the island most every year to visit family and enjoy the beach. This condo is in the best location. We could see fireworks from the outside deck. We could walk for coffee and breakfast, dinner and icecream. My daughter swam in the pool every day. The condo has great air-conditioning, comfy accommodation and a wonderful view. The internet was spotty, but this was a plus because it forced our teenagers off their phones and into the conversations. Room enough for 6-8 people. Property owner was really nice and had great communication. We will be booking again for our next Chincoteague adventure.

We loved our stay in Chincoteague! The condo was perfect for my family and we loved the porch overlooking the bay. We saw dolphins swimming by in the mornings. One morning, they even swam right up to the dock outside! Debbie was great and quick to repond to all of our questions. We couldn't have had a better vacation! We will be back!

We had a fantastic 5 day vacation with friends at Sunset Bay in Chincoteague. The condo was immaculately clean and exactly as pictured. We were pleasantly suprised to find an elevator located very close to the frond door and super excited not to have to carry luggage and groceries up stairs to the third floor! Inside the condo was quiet and equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient and fun for teens to be able to walk down the street and check out some shops. We loved relaxing in the pool after a full day in the sun at the beach. Our VRBO host was very helpful and communicative and we would definitely stay there again!

We stayed here after reading Misty of Chincoteague for our homeschool. We were super close to all the hot spots and enjoyed two days here. My girls loved the pool in between activities, but their favorite were the Misty decorations/books around the house and all the games.

Our accomodations were lovely, with a comfortable beach theme. We had a wonderful view of the inner coastal waterway and the marshy landscape. Relaxing on the balcony was one of my favorite activities. Our daughter and grandchildren enjoyed the gym. Even though the weather was not the best, our one granddaughter even enjoyed the pool. We were close enough to all the main activities, that a five minute drive put us in the middle of it all. Our condo was a relaxing retreat after a busy fun day in town, and on Assateague Island.

This property is located on South Main Street in Chincoteague. It is in walking distance to several restaurants and downtown shops. The property host was very easy to reach, and she handled issues in a timely way. There is plenty of parking, and an elevator to get up to the 3rd floor. Although there is a generator that makes lots of noise on an adjacent property, the unit is well insulated, and we didn't hear anything from inside. We had a lovely time staying at this condo, it is very spacious, and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze. The apartment was large and airy, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Debbie responded quickly to our questions and offered helpful suggestions. The kids enjoyed the boogie boards and games that were provided.

This is a beautiful home with a gorgeous view of the water. It has enough space for a family. The owners also supply a great selection of games which was a lot of fun from the normal games we usually play. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make meals. There is plenty of space to store food in the kitchen as well. Nice wine glasses and plenty of plates/cups are here too. The owners have also left beach towels which is super helpful. Small shampoo/conditioner and mini soaps and dishwashing detergent are supplied to start you off as well as one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. We would definitely return to this home! Some things to note: -the sunset is beautiful- it is actually prettier from the front/side deck of the unit (a little to the left when you get off the elevators), than the back deck. - Although this is a condo complex we saw very few people in our daily in and out, felt very social distancing safe. -The pool is NOT open this summer (2020)- my guess it that it is too small to social distance. Thanks for a lovely stay!!

This was our second time staying at this condo, we loved it so much the first time that we came back! The condo is so nice and clean and you cannot beat the beautiful view! It is perfect for our family and plenty of room to spread out! Beach is only about a 10 minute drive and was very nice! Only downfall this year was the pool at the condo was closed, which was disappointing because we definitely would have used it!

My family and I had a lovely stay in Chincoteague. The condo was very spacious and clean with all the amenities you might need. The view over the harbor was absolutely stunning. It is also very centrally located. Our only minor issue was that there was only a part of a roll of toilet paper, so we had to go to the grocery right away. This is a magnificient and safe spot for a family vacation during the health crisis.
