Nice staff, awful facility and way too expensive for what you get

Location and staff was pleasant. Breakfast was adequate.

No coffee maker in room. No ice maker in the area. No ventilation fan in the room, caused musty and wet feeling. Open space around the door even after shutting and pulling it secure.

Room great & breakfast needs some work

Breakfast would be my main constructive criticism.

The coffee had no flavor and not hot. I would suggest to get different coffee system like one that grinds your cup and proceeds to make a fresh cup. A choice of decaf and tea. Gluten free option would be great… that could be done with one cold cereal gluten free like cheerios or rice Chex or corn Chex. I am speaking from my background as a dietitian. The staff were very polite. Thanks

Disappointing and could not sleep

Rooms were outdated, mattress was from the 80s and squeaky, you could hear your neighbors talking next door and the bedding and towels were full of other people’s hair. Also they use two different names for this hotel so uou tjink you’re going to one and avoiding another that bad reviews but it’s the same hotel.

It was good for a place to sleep and shower for the price.

We ended up going and eating elsewhere because.there was 5 of us and there wasn't much left and some of it was over cooked.

No Marijuana smell in the hallways, pool with a heater so water wasn't freezing.

Didn't even stay one night!! Got another hotel and will not be back to this one!!

Had a bad vibe from the get go. Pool was gross( over or under sanitary) There was mold growing in between the glass in the window facing the parking lot. Bathroom wasnt even clean!!The room smelled like a cross of bleach and mold. We didn't stay!! Got another room at a different hotel and it was a way better experience!! Will not be recommending this place at all!! Except to stay away!!

Concert goers got better parking than renters

Close to venue we went to

Stayed 2 night and all maid do is done trash and towels. No cleaning at all. We also had to park at front of hotel as hotel was selling our parking to concert goer and this is totally wrong as we reserved our room that had better parking than us. Shame on owners

Good

The Staff was very friendly, the beds were very clean, and the pool was awesome. The breakfast was good. We had alot of fun.

The door to the outside had air all the way around it so it let some bugs in, and the air conditioner was very loud and old. Looks like they are trying to fix it up so I hope it gets better it was a nice stay other than those 2 things.

Really nothing. It was renovated but poorly. It’s a dump! And the walls are thin. Huge place but they put someone right next to us, why?

See above. Renovation so poorly done. Window all filthy because thermo are broken. Walls thin. Mirror in bathroom chipped and old. Gap under door and breakfast was unthinkable.

Dirty, extremely overpriced, horrible housekeeping! Over due for a shut down an deep clean!!

To be honest if I could have gotten out of the reservation after seeing the room an pool I would have ran!!

You charge holiday inn prices 3.5-5* rating for a 0*rating motel 6 type service an cleanliness how do you get away with it?? I paid $160 for two nights!!! Never will I again!!

Disappointed.

Breakfast from 6:30 through 9:00. Went down after 7:00 to find it dark, unattended. Came back about 7:40, found a waffle maker with no syrup, 2 yogurts and 2 sweet rolls,some bread. Pretty sad!

We choose hotels with breakfast for the convenience of a fast.start and to save money. Having to wait, then get almost nothing made the hotel a poor choice.

Nice place, but it could be better without much of an expenditure.

The room was large and very comfortable, and the staff (especially Raj) was great.

The flooring was loose and creaky. The towels were like sandpaper, and there was an incessant plumbing noise coming from the ceiling. I know they were working on the plumbing but this was not a normal situation, and it was pretty irritating. There was no information left about what channels were available on the TV, so we had to figure it out ourselves, and the reception on several of the channels was poor at best. There were NO sports channels available, and the MLB playoffs were going on, but I didn't get to see a single pitch. I don't expect five-star accommodations for fifty bucks a night, but there were things that could be better, and I'm less than inclined to recommend this place to anyone.
