About this house rental
★"Wonderful house in an easy location. Super clean, beautiful big TV, and COMFY BEDS!!!"
Charming 2-bedroom home in central Graham with rocking chair front porch! Our beautiful, family and pet-friendly home is one side of a georgeously remodeled duplex. Walk across the street to the lovely Bill Cooke Park. Just blocks from downtown Graham. A short drive to restaurants, breweries, and museums. Only minutes to Elon. Our kitchen is fully-equipped. Enjoy a cozy table in the den for doing work.
You can easily reach me or my property manager, Amy, through the booking website or over phone or text. Amy lives nearby so can be over if there's a need in just a few minutes. And please don't hesitate to reach out to us if there is anything at all that you need. We're here to make sure you have a totally enjoyable stay.
You'll love the peaceful, yet centrally located neighborhood that is lined by the spacious and eventful Bill Cooke park. Our home is an easy drive many of local favorites: Press Coffee + Crepes, Forgotten Road Ales, Fitzgerald and Faulkner cocktail bar, Little Brother Brewing, Whit’s Frozen Custard, Powercade Arcade and Bar, Graham Soda Shop, Luigi’s, Smokehouse at Steve’s, and The Graham Cinema, among others. The Graham Mill, a local wedding and event venue, is also just a short walk away! A central location just off the interstate, the house is minutes from Elon University (7 miles), downtown Burlington, Saxapahaw River Mill Village, LabCorp and the Tanger Outlets in Mebane. It is also about 30 minutes from Greensboro, Durham and Chapel Hill, under an hour to Raleigh, 20 minutes to Hillsborough. Enjoy hiking on the Haw River Trail or taking a kayak tour of the nearby Haw River. If traveling with kids, the Alamance Children’s Museum is a few blocks away and the Burlington City Park is a great spot with a playground, carousel, train rides, and a splash park for summer. Also very close to 4 different medical centers.
The best way to get around the neighborhood is to drive. But don't worry, there's plenty of parking anywhere you'd like to go. That's one of the things that makes Graham such a charming town to visit. It's not too busy yet, like so many other places, but there's still tons of stuff to do.

Great place I stay. Looking forward to returning soon.

It was cute but first thing I see are spider webs on the front and side porch. The bedroom door did not shut but just assume it was because it was an older home. I also would have liked to have known the “house rules” before booking. It would have been nice to known that they didn’t want anyone eating or drinking in the living room. That’s where the TV was so would have been more relaxing than the kitchen.

The stay was great, the home was nice too. The only downside was there was no back door to the fenced in backyard to let our dogs out. This could have been on my part not realizing it from the images. However, that small hiccup wouldn't deter us from staying here again.
There's a great park across the street we didn't have time to use, but it looked lovely!

Great location for our trip. Very comfortable bed, and great back yard for our little pooch. Nicely equipped kitchen and bathroom. Really enjoyed our stay!

This house is very cute and well-kept, and in a nice location right across from a park. We had an issue with the heat not working, but the property manager responded very quickly even though it was a weekend. Two notes: the fence had gaps underneath that were not safe for a small dog — ours escaped — and there was just one copy of the key; the property manager did not have one. So overall great, but hopefully these issues can be fixed for future guests.

Thank you for breathing life into an old home! Loved all the finishes and furnishings selections for your remodel but we had to sweep off the porch and remove cobwebs from some of the rooms. Some of the windows are broken and haven't been cleaned in years and had a few problems with WIFI at check in but got it figured out. But for the money and location it was worth it. Our dog loved the fenced backyard and walking trails across the street.

We enjoyed our stay the beds were very comfortable and we loved the quiet neighborhood. The shampoo and conditioner and body wash was so needed as i forgot mine. The tooth brushes were appreciated as well. I didnt realize what all i forgot as we were rushing out the door. Everything was very well stocked and needed. Our only complain is your cleaning crew needs to step it up a little, the microwave was not wiped out so I had to wash it out before we used it. Washed out some of the shelves in the fridge, vacuumed the floors and swept off all the baseboards. I am a house cleaner and the baseboards and ceiling fans and door jams need to be dusted off at times. The trash can in the kitchen smelled so strong of cigarettes I had to set the trash can out on the porch (we are non smokers) I sprayed it with lysol but the smell never did go away. So sorry to even meantion these minor things but just thought the cleaning crew might want to do the microwave at least. Thank you again we would recommend this place to anyone as we really loved being just 4 min. From the Graham Mill Venue where we were going for a wedding. Thank you so much for thinking of the little things that mean a lot. Have a blessed day.

This was a great spot! Convenient to downtown Graham and Alamance County in general. We stayed with our two young children (10 months and 3 years) and it was great to have both a travel crib and high chair available. The house was tidy, well decorated, and with lots of welcoming and thoughtful touches like snacks in the kitchen, soap/shampoo in the shower, and toothbrushes in case you forgot yours! We loved being able to walk right across the street to the park. The only thing we would suggest is to add some pots for cooking! There were frying pans and lots of pans/sheets/tins for baking, but only one small pot. The kitchen was otherwise really nicely equipped! All in all a good stay and we hope to stay again in the future.

This was a lovely experience, clean property and nice yard for pets. We had a small Thanksgiving dinner, beautiful sink but I would suggest getting a dishwasher since there wasn’t one. Beds & furniture was comfortable. It would have been great if there was one recliner in our opinion but may not be a necessity for others. Overall, there was sufficient supplies, dishes, towels, etc. A few larger cooking pots would have been helpful for our Thanksgiving dinner. These are just minor suggestions we are making. We would definitely recommend others to stay at this house and would come back again. Best of Luck!
