Didn't like anything about the hotel. It is not even the Oyo anymore. They do not except booking.com reservations but do not tell you until you arrive at property. Took forever to receive my money back. Crackhead were everywhere when I arrived.
Everything!!!!

Nothing went well. The front desk was so rude and the hotel is not named oyo so it is hard finding them.
Everything. The staff memeber was so rude that I took my business elsewhere. If she didn't feel like working she should of called off.

Room was nice and roomy with 2 Queen beds
The pool wasn't open didn't look as if were even usable . There were some young adults in the hallway at 3-4 in the hallway talking loud all night . Although the room was clean there was a dirty sock by one of the beds

The staff was nice and helpful when our ac stopped. The sheets and blankets were clean.
Just about everything else. Bathroom was dirty. Two towels provided both had stains and hair coiled up in the fibers. Open soap bar from previous tenants left behind. Water was barely warm on full hot. Only a fabric shower liner on a curved rod flooded the floor. Pool was drained. Ice machines did not work. Whole hotel smelled of heavy and old cigarette smoke, even in our non smoking room. No tissue at all and only about a quarter roll of TP left in bathroom. Place seems rather run down. Walls are SUPER thin. We listened to the neighbors tv all night long. The main door to the room had a large gap at the bottom. The back door to the whole building stayed blocked open all night. Had I been traveling alone, I would have left immediately even with the non refundable payment.

The location was convenient to my work. Nothing else was good.
Did not have things that an ordinary hotel room has. Things like a trash can. Did not have a chair either, even though there was a desk. Bathroom soap was the cheapest I have ever seen. The soap did not even lather up when I took a shower. Also I had to pay $100 cash deposit to check in. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and never had to pay a cash deposit. Luckily for them, there is an ATM machine that charges a large fee. Win/win for them. A black guy checking out the same time as me was charged $150. They also tried to claim he was staying in a different room. Just a bad experience.

Window was open when we entered the room. Tub was dirty. Room was dirty. Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Heater/AC unit was extremely too loud. Only 1 pillow on each double bed. Not a full set of towels. No toilet paper holder. Door to room was broken. Nightstand drawer was filthy and has some type of pills inside (thank goodness I didn’t have a toddler). The front entrance door is broken. You have to wave your hand over the sensor for it to open. The front desk lady was very unsociable. The side entrance that we were told to use to go to our room, wasn’t locked. So ANYONE could come into the hotel.

It was cheap
Didn't have fridge, bathroom sink didn't drain, wifi didn't work, didn't have the handicap room we reserved clean. The guy at the desk acted like he expected us to take it just because it was the only handicap room. Had to get the room key reset several times (we stayed 5 days). Had a lot of weekly rentals (people living there). We stayed only because we were in town for a festival and everything else was either booked or had jacked up their prices.

Just the location it's a great location easy-to-get on the highway 🛣 👌
The smells of the halls and the state of the rooms,it was so stink we wanted to throw up. It's like other guest pee in the halls, the rooms had roches and Flys, my wife and I had to buy sheets and towels air fresheners. THERE excuse is that the hotel is under renovation but its just one big nasty house with no form of compassion or compromise, the 1st thing why this excessive deposit the rooms are dirt cheap, this is not even a 1 star hotel they sheets are nasty and thin I have ask for a change of sheets 3 times and every one comes with food or stains on them next its the towels which are like rags, you know towels you might have had for 20yrs yeah they were that bad. The air conditioning units looks like they had black mold on them 😳 I had to ask then to change my room then they put me in a room that had a broken lock on it we had to change room again, we didn't want to pay a lot to stay at a hotel, so we thought we could try and tough it out because we were on a 3 week assignment but the staff was so disrespectful. We travel all over the country for work so we try to find some reasonable prices hotel but this one we just couldn't stay there any longer, they need to clean the rooms better the Flys, roches and sticky stuff on the floors walls is just not safe and sanitizer is a big joke for them, they also have rooms that are packed with just and smells so bad open all over the hotels which I am sure must have rats and all kinda crap in them, and a next security concern is the fact that all the exit doors are left open all night this hotel needs to be inspected
