About this apartment rental
You'll have a wonderful stay in this fully furnished 3-bed / 2 bath sumptuous apartment with fibre wifi in the heart of Lymington (New Forest). It's a beautifully designed, very appealing light and bright contemporary apartment in excellent condition.
The location is unbeatable! With its perfect position overlooking Lymington High Street (SO41 9EP), it offers convenience, high standards of living and comfort.
A good range of shops and a large choice of restaurants and bars are a step away. Several supermarkets are on hand (including a Tescos, Marks and Spencers Food Hall, and Waitrose).
The owner, an interior designer, offers an extremely well-presented property in neutral colours with an elegant and attractive style. The Georgian market town of Lymington is set on the coast in the beautiful New Forest national park, between Southampton and Bournemouth. Famous for its sailing history, there are two large marinas filled with fishing boats and yachts, as well as two sailing clubs. The town’s narrow streets are lined with pretty period cottages and houses, as well as plenty of local pubs and restaurants.
Lymington high street has several independent shops and designer boutiques, as well as a local market held each Saturday which dates back to the 13th century. At the bottom of the high street, a cobbled road leads down to the old town quay, which is still used by a number of commercial fishing boats. There is often a chance to buy fresh fish on the waterfront. From here you can take a stroll along the waters edge and soak up the atmosphere of this renowned sailing resort.
The New Forest national park offers a huge range of leisure activities such as walking, horse riding, water sports (including kayak, canoeing and sailing both sea and inland), archery and golf.
We provide everything you'll need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. There is free wifi access.

This was one of the most beautiful homes that we stayed in. It was ideally located on the high street with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The flat has all the amenities one could need and so much more. Every detail for a comfortable stay has been thought of and catered for. We had a thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to book this place when we next visit the area.

Elegant and relaxing
A stunning apartment, beautifully decorated throughout. Every small detail was thought of even down to umbrellas which thankfully due to the lovely weather we didn't need and were able to enjoy the decked area. Liz was so helpful throughout the whole process from our initial enquiry through to our stay. We would highly recommend a stay.

loved it!
I stayed for 5 nights in this lovely apartment and enjoyed every moment. I am pretty fussy so if I can say its great then you will love it too! Everything works, the furniture and beds are comfy, the technology was fab and although I didn't figure it all out the TV over the bath was a real treat and made lounging for ages in the bath a more doable thing for a fidget like me. The apartment was warm and cosy without me having to fiddle with the thermostat. Parking is central and although a little tricky to locate its a welcome addition in a town which is short of it.
If there was anything I would change it would be the shower as the curtain is a little clingy when you are in it but that is a small niggle and not enough to put me off staying there again in the future. I also understand they intend to put in an additional shower in the future so it might not be a niggle for long.
The apartment was quiet but i went out of season so it might have a little more noise in the peak of season but its not like it will ever be a big town centre so I am sure it won't be a deal breaker. there is some outside space to use for the summer which I didn't use as it was tipping it down most of the week but it looked like it would work well for sunny days.
If you are eating out then Egan's, Stanwell house and the Angel and blue pig were my favourites. The furniture shop at the top end of the high street does amazing cake and if you fancy some outstanding home furnishings then Pinki-red further up the high street a little way past the church on the other side of the road is definitely worth a visit. The lady who owns it (Maria) is a delight and her upcycled furniture was really beautifully done.
so the upshot here folks is go and try out this lovely apartment before it gets booked up :-)

Luxurious comfort in a great location
We stayed here for 3 nights in December. It's in a great location, right near the train station and Lymington high street. And yet it is so quiet. Lymington is a lovely town with plenty of good restaurants and supermarkets. Inside, the apartment is stunningly decorated. So much thought has gone into it. The lounge is beautiful yet also very comfy with a large sofa. The kitchen is well-equipped - we cooked 2 nights. The beds were great. The bathroom has a TV and it was fantastic to have a bath and relax after walking in the forest with the added luxury of watching TV. The owner was friendly and readily available. This was our first trip to the New Forest and we hope to return because the forest is beautiful and we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful accomadation
We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. It was so nice not to have to use the car once we got there. Very clean and luxurious. Excellent restaurants on the door step. We would recommend The Angel & Blue Pig and also the Ship on the harbour. Lots of wonderful shopping and a great market on the Saturday. Would definetly recommend to family and friends.

Beautiful apartment, great location
We have just spent a fabulous week at this apartment, every room has been decorated to a very high standard with lovely fittings and furnishings giving you the opportunity to relax in style ( especially watching television in the bath) The location was brilliant stepping out onto the hustle and bustle of the high street enjoying many of the eating places Lymington had to offer. We really do hope to return again.

Very nice flat and excellent location
We spent four nights in this lovely flat. When we arrived it was just as it appeared on the website, beautiful interior with very comfortable bedrooms and lounge area. Our three, young adult daughters, loved having all the up-to-date technology in the house including Apple TV. The location was perfect, situated overlooking the High Street. We were on the High Street in two minutes, which has a great selection of shops, cafes and restaurants (we enjoyed coffee and cakes in Willows tea room) and just a few minutes walk down to the harbour. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.
