About this house rental
Enjoy this 3,800 sq ft 5 bedroom/3 bathroom house with a private saltwater (seasonally heated to 85 degrees at NO CHARGE) pool and hot tub (that you can heat to 104) that is only 12 miles from the Vegas Strip. Enjoy the fully furnished patios in the front and back yard. Play each other in a little game of foosball or air-hockey or just relax watching one of the 7 SMART tvs that come pre-logged in to all of your favorite streaming platforms.
The back yard includes ample outdoor furniture, a built in gas BBQ, an outside refrigerator, and a shed with plenty of pool floaties to make for the perfect pool day. The front patio is perfect for drinking coffee and maybe reading a book in the cooler winter, spring & fall months.
The bedrooms each have their own wall mounted televisions, and each room comes with plenty of USB charging ports - on the nightstands, and in the walls to keep all of your devices charging. We use high quality memory foam mattresses, and nice quality sheets & linens throughout the house for your enjoyment.
The bathrooms come stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well as basic toiletries like cotton swabs, make up wipe pads, and if you happened to forget your toothbrush or toothpaste, we have you covered there also. The bathrooms also have blow driers and plenty of extra linens for your stay.
The City of Henderson requires that we have outdoor surveillance cameras, so we have 5 exterior cameras. One on the garage facing the driveway, one on the front patio facing the front door of the house, one in the garage and two in the back far corner of the pool area.

Best place I’ve ever stayed! The thoughtfulness that went into providing little things that guests would need was so appreciated! We took our 6 kids on a last hooorah before summer ended and they chose Vegas. This Vrbo rental was perfect and really went the extra mile in the little necessities that would be needed.

We recently stayed at Brandon and Tracy's house in Hernderson and were BLOWN AWAY. There were 9 of us staying, ages 8 to 73. We had the BEST time at this house. There was something for everyone. It was BY FAR the cleanest property I have ever stayed at. My fire prevention specialist husband was impressed with the extinguisher coverage and that everything was well-maintained and up-to-date. (So rare in vacation rentals!) Everything was thoughtfully laid out and every need anticipated. The kitchen had everything we needed (and even things we didn't) and everything was clean and matching. There were plenty of towels and toiletries and pool floats. We had a tiny snafu with the Wifi on the 2nd floor, but Brandon was incredibly responsive and we got it fixed. The decor was gorgeous and the neighborhood was upscale and quiet. Everyone loved the pool. It was nice and clean and just the right size. Be aware that it gets fairly deep in the end by the hot tub (6+feet). The hot tub heats up quickly when you want it to and the jets felt great after long days of walking. The pool area begins to get partial shade in the early afternoon, which made it perfect for a mid-afternoon to evening dip. it was 100 degrees plus the week we were there, but the house stayed nice and cool. 10/10 would stay again!

We arrived and initially had an issue with the door code but it was quickly resolved. The home was very clean and offered amenities. We enjoyed the pool and games. The rooms provided comfortable sleeping arrangements for all 10 adults in my party. We were very satisfied with our stay.

My family and I just spent a week here and couldn’t be any happier with our experience. The house was exactly as advertised. Very clean, well stocked with everything you might need, excellent location and very friendly hosts that make the experience feel like home. Will definitely be looking this house up next time we are in the area.

This house has everything you need. The host thought of it all. It was also very clean. We were a group of 9 adults and I loved that there was plenty of room to hang out big couches, large kitchen table and plenty of patio furniture for everyone to be all together.

This is one of the nicest VRBO I have stayed in. Super clean, lots of space , and in a great neighborhood. Owners were very responsive and were kind enough to let us check out an hour late. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature. All the furnishings in the house were top quality. The house was well stocked as well. We very much enjoyed our stay here!!

I cannot say enough positive comments about our stay. First of all, Brandon and Tracy instantaneously responded to all my messages. They answered all my questions, and hugely helpful, they allowed us to check in a little early. The house was better than the great pictures, and everything was laid out for us. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

This house was even better than expected! Beautifully appointed with plenty of rooms. Both the outside and inside are fantastic. Only a 20-minute drive to the strip, but far enough way to enjoy the quiet of the Henderson foothills. The hosts are wonderful to work with, we will defintely return!

Such a beautiful house! My family and I had such a wonderful stay. The house is huge and they thought of everything you could possibly need. So many amenities you never think you'll need until you need them they have it! It was really like being at home. If you have a big family like us this and not really interested in the strip then stay here! We will definitely be coming back.

This property lives up to its ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating. Tracy and Brandon are quick to respond and answer any questions you may have. The home is stocked with everything you could want. Snacks and water upon arrival, condiments, cotton pads, q-tips, toothbrushes, razors, separate dark washcloths for makeup removal, pool floats and even an electric pump.
The neighborhood is quiet and has beautiful views just off the Main Street. Our teen kids loved how spacious the home was and loved the pool, hot tub, and game tables. Highly recommend and cannot wait for our next stay at this wonderful home.

This has to be our favorite VRBO by far. It had everything our family of four needed. Everything was clean new and fresh feeling. It is very comfortable and all the little extras like snacks, comfy throws, goggles & toys for the pool, etc. made this property feel like it was outfitted just for us. We loved everything about our stay.

We live in Vegas in a 5 bedroom home and wanted a comparable place to stay while our house was being renovated. The house was lovely and had all the amenities of a vacation home with a pool and hot-tub. The host, Tracy, was very attentive to our needs and prompt in communicating. This VRBO was amazing! All the extra amenitities, made it feel like we were staying at a high-end Hotel or Resort. But yet so inviting and felt like home. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable. There is nothing cheap or budget feeling in this home from everything in the kitchen to the pool towels. Communication was excellant! Please keep in mind, you are not allowed visitors (only people on the premises at any time should be on the reservation agreement) as that could compromise your rental agreement. The city of Henderson is very strict. The host/owners take pride in this home and you can see it in every detail. So much space and easily with room to spare to accomadate our group of 8. So easy to work with and have provided everything to have a wonderful stay in this beautiful, and very clean home. 5 stars!

We loved our stay in this spotless and sparkling clean home! The pool and hot tub were lovely, as well as the outdoor living space. The hosts thought of everything from cozy blankets, extra charging cords, to baby stroller to extra razors and toothbrushes. Lots of pool towels and lots of bathroom towels. 100/100 would recommend! Our group of 4 was visiting the area for golf. This house is well layed out and perfect for our group. I have booked many houses over the past several years and this was our best rental experience ever. The house is new and clean and everything works. It is set up with everything you need in the kitchen plus some snacks to start you off. The pool and spa area is not large but set up nicely with easy to use controls. 4 of the bedrooms have king or queen beds and they were all comfortable. New TV’s everywhere with all the streaming apps set up for you. We loved it and will stay again when we are back.

This is, hands down, the best rental property I have ever stayed at. The hosts clearly take the time to go the extra mile to make this house feel like a home away from home. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, comfortable bed, plenty of space, fun games. We will absolutely stay here again if we are back in the area!

This home was exactly what we wanted. The communication from the hosts were spot on. The house worked perfectly for entertainment of the teens and the adults. There were 9 of us staying there. The pool and hot tub was awesome. The fact that it was heated to 85 degrees made it able for us to use the pool in February. The check out was easy compared to some others.

We were able to gather our adult kids from across the country and stay together at this beautiful home - large enough to accommodate all 7 of us and our Las Vegas relatives for all our holiday get togethers, dinners, gifts and hangin' out! EVERY detail was accounted for - a griddle for large family breakfasts of french toast and pancakes - large dining table to handle all of us together for meals and family game nights; the huge leather couch in the family room that we snuggled on together watching football; the hot tub to relax after our incredible hike to White Rock Canyon and bedrooms for everyone! We were so impressed how everything was stocked, from toilet paper and paper-towels to dishes and towels. Every detail was considered and we would recommend this VRBO to everyone!

This home has plenty of space and ALL the amenities— including high end toilet paper 😅
The kids loved the pool and the pool towels were huge and like new, and there were lots of pool toys. We also enjoyed the foosball, air hockey and corn hole. The kitchen is big and has everything necessary to cook and grill.
I would definitely stay again.
