Most everything (except wifi) was at least adequate. Nothing was terrible. Nothing was exceptional, except the lovely st

- Pretty good location - Clean - Comfy beds - A/C worked - Curtains darkened well - Dorm fridge worked - Very nice staff

- WiFi was useless (kept getting kicked off, only 1 bar when barely working)

The motel itself was great. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly.

Wish they had a microwave in the room. It was in the ice room so you had to walk to get something heated.

Outdated, giant spider in the bathroom, really small tv, old mattresses that are sunk in where you lay from so many ppl sleeping on it and no breakfast

Great location and reasonable price. Room was large, shower had great water pressure.

Carpet and bedspread could be updated, but then price would likely increase! Great value for us, as most of our time in Ludington is spent outdoors, not in the room.

Was clean and quiet, but will not stay there again as comparably priced lodging had more to offer.

Location was good. Beds were comfortable. No in-room hair dryer, no microwave, no iron/ironing board. For the price, I would have expected AT LEAST a microwave. While the room was clean, there were a lot of beetle-type bugs that kept popping up here and there - we killed 4!

Disappointed; would not stay here again. Paid way too much for what we got.

Very bare bones... had to ask for a hair dryer (and iron), which are normally now supplied in places whereever I stay Room smelled bad. Wifi did not work, even though we tried several times, checking the password. No breakfast, only bad coffee

Very outdated sheets felt like sandpaper blankets falling apart staff was up in the middle of the night doing the laundry in our room is located next to it when I told the front desk all of this they blamed it on other guests

Despite our concerns, we would stay again, especially if there was a microwave in room.

Good location; quiet; very nice staff. Though pricey when compared with national chain rooms (which were unavailable to us due to our trip being a spontaneous decision), we absolutely would stay again. We did not ask for these issues to be resolved because of our late arrival & being gone most of the day. I would not want anyone to choose not to stay there because of our concerns. We are confident they would have been resolved to our satisfaction if we had requested.

Curly black hair on sheet in one bed, floor in bathroom & in bathtub. Housekeeper had black hair, neither guest did. One bedspread was clearly dirty on underside but did not appear to be stained. Otherwise, appeared clean. For some unknown reason, fridge was off when we returned that night, though still cool. Sink dripped & could be heard over air conditioner. One of the bedside lamps had dead bulb & room already had poor lighting; suggest maximum watt bulbs & double checking room & work. Also, we arrived late just before Office closed & weren’t given Wi-Fi password. Could it possibly be left in the room?

The stay was tremendous and will be booking again soon!

It has nothing to do with the establishment but when other people who were there didn't part correctly, because my room was in the corner, it was hard for us to also park correctly. So it was hard getting in and out of our parking spot.
