A Cotswold weekend in a spacious modern house. A great experience - in spite of incessant heavy rain
This property is a large, modern village house, furnished and equipped to welcome up to 11 people. We had booked for 11 - in fact, one couple couldn't come, while another person who was due to join us was admitted to hospital the day before we arrived. But we went ahead with our stay with a reduced number - even though another of our group was ill in bed for most of our time at the house. We had chosen the property because it was an ideal location for two families to meet up - one living in Sussex, the other in Manchester - and in that respect it worked very well. On Saturday we walked to the nearby town of Chipping Norton - a long, muddy walk in the rain, rewarded by an excellent lunch in the Blue Boar pub.
Nothing important - though it did rain most of the time we were there!

Gorgeous place in stunning setting, with all mod cons
David's place is beautiful with excellent quality furnishings and decor, it has a true luxury feel. The house is spacious and comfortably accommodated our party of 6, with the annex offering a private space for one couple. The back garden is good sized and secure, my dog was able to run and play to his heart's content! There are lovely views just a few minutes walk away and the sunrise and sunset were stunning. Everything was simple and David was on hand to help via email.
Nothing I can think of :)
