Stanza completa di tutti i comfort. Bagno in camera pulitissimo e nuovo. kit di benvenuto con cialda caffè. Letto, divanetto e tavolino. Balcone con 2 sedie e tavolino. Stanza che da sulla via principale ma infissi ottimi e non si sente alcun rumore

Difficoltà di parcheggio trovandosi nella via principale della città. Comoda per andare a piedi nel centro storico e a Pescara vecchia.

Esperienza più che positiva

Struttura poco distante dal centro, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Si presenta inoltre molto vicina alla stazione di Pescara centrale ed è adeguatamente servita con pensilline per i bus a poca distanza dalla struttura. Stanza dalle dimensioni giuste, letto comodo, bagno ampio. Sufficientemente illuminata con sistema di riscaldamento adeguato ed una sufficiente insonorizzazione tra una camera e l’altra. Stanza e bagno con livello di pulizia ed igiene ottimo. da sottolineare la cortesia e disponibilità da parte del personale.

Assenza di un numero sufficiente di parcheggi per chi si reca in struttura in auto (con disponibilità nel parcheggio a pagamento della stazione specie se ci si reca in struttura nelle ore di punta). Unica altra pecca invece l’impossibilità di chiudere la tapparella in stanza.

Ho apprezzato la cortesia e la disponibilità del titolare e della signora addetta alla pulizia delle camere che hanno accolto e soddisfatto le mie richieste. La camera è confortevole e pulitissima, consiglio assolutamente questa struttura!

Ideal holiday accommodation - easy, clean, comfortable

Everything was great - check in was very easy, the host responded to us immediately and guided us through check in. The room was perfectly clean and everything as described. The location was great, close to the beach and lots of cool bars and restaurants.

Exceptional

Very friendly contactperson, made everything easy and understandable for check-in and stay. The appartment was really nice, had it's own little terrass. The location was great, not far from the sea and the city centre. Definitely recommend!

It was so nice overall experience that I don't even want to write a minor negative thing.

Excellent place to stay, the guy i talked to Fabio was very very helpful and answering you directly.

Everything, it was an amazing stay. The location was near by the center. Definetly will recomend this if you will come to Pescara. Fabio is an amazing host.

Bargain in a great location

This place is brilliant. Furnishings are all new and to a high standard. The staff were all lovely people. The location is perfect.

Beautiful, modern room, well located, good value for money.

Tastefully decorated room. Modern and clean. Checking in was a breeze, although it was done entirely remotely (over the phone), which was a bit strange at first! The host was helpful and very responsive when contacted on the phone or WhatsApp. A pretty good location - fairly close to the train station and city centre.

If you have noisy room neighbours, you will hear them.

perfect place, great location and facilities!

this was an amazing place.... great location on a key street with a beautiful decoration, nice kitchen, front and back balcony, and shower was sooo great. I honestly think this place helped make my trip to pescara extra special. I was pleasantly surprised how good it was. central location to beach and bus station !!!

Good for 1-2 day stay

Affordable place for a short stay. Easy distance to beach and main streets.

The walls are super thin and you can hear other guests far too much.

I would recommend this place, overall, very good.

The place was modern, clean, centrally located and conveniet. The host Fabrizio was lovely and friendly.

Bathroom shower could improve by having a shower ma on the floor. Shower designer did not think about the water that would coming out the shower to the floor. Easy to improve. Room noice, rooms are a quite close to each other and therefore you could hear anything in between rooms. I would recommend to place notice board to keep the noise down, making sure people don't watch TV throughout the night.
