We stayed at the house for a family reunion. The house was perfect for us. The basement provided the perfect stay for my daughter, son-in-law and their three kids! They had their own space to rest, play, sleep and get ready. I stayed in the master bedroom suite upstairs and it was perfect for me. We loved the house. It did needs some updates and it isn’t the fanciest house but it was perfect for us. Super close to my family and the beach. We will definitely stay again.

It was nice not worth the price. A little run down. No toilet paper, towels . Not enough furniture in bedrooms or table

This stay left much to be desired. Upon arrival, the home was extremely dirty and had several live cockroaches throughout the home. I was forced to purchase raid roach spray to kill some of the pests as the homeowner felt that I should expect roaches because, "This if Florida and these things happen. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. There roaches were even on the silverware. After affirming that the homeowner would come to the property in effort to resolve, she never showed.
There was mold in the basement bathroom and the bed linen was full of someone else's hair. When attempting to wash, the electricity continuously shorted. Large cobwebs were visible and dead insects littered the inside of florescent lights.
The home reeked of an egg smell when the water was turned on and many electrical and plumbing were mis-labeled. In a very dark neighborhood, I was stuck with outdoor lights that sparingly worked and coyotes were present on site without prior knowledge, which was a huge concern as I traveled with small children.
Soooo much left to be desired.

This house was large in size. The kitchen was big enough for 10 adults! The house looked to be in the process of some upgrading. Some of the paneling on the ceiling was missing and you could see into the attic and the flooring in the master bathroom was worn away from where the shower meets the floor and it peaked into the garage. There were chunks of mud smashed into the carpet and the house needs window coverings. Once the upgrades are finished this will be a prime rental. Other than that the stay was great! The bedrooms were spaced out so you didn't feel like you were living on top of anyone else. The property is gorgeous and tucked away from the hectic city. The managers of the property were very friendly and helpful. They responded to my texts pretty much immediately and were very kind. I would stay here again.

We spent the weekend in Jacksonville for my nephew's graduation. This house was perfectly located for our events as well as being perfect for our family. It was easily accessible for all ages. This is not a luxury rental, but we LOVED it!!

My family truly enjoyed the home. More than enough space. We were there to attend a football game and spend time with family. The house was fully stocked with kitchen and bathroom items.
The only negative was we didn't locate an iron/ironing board and we didn't know how to switch the TV's to local channels. But we also did not contact the owner's reference it, we just made it work. All in all it was a great stay, and would definitely revisit if in the area...

The house was beautiful, however the yard was like a jungle. We paid extra to bring our pets, thinking they would have a yard to run around in and my little guys (yorkie, and chihuahua) would have been lost and or eaten by a ground hog or something. The person that took care of our reservation stated that she would give us an extra day as compensation for this as well as the one day that the AC went out. She never offered to put the money back on my card for the day. We left a day early and I thought we would receive that day back however, crickets when I asked. I thought that they would give me 2 days back but nothing.
The house itself was advertised as great for elderly which caught my eye since my husband is in a wheel chair but the place is literally full of stairs.
There was some normal things wrong with the house such as a leak in the roof and several of the lights did not work and we changed the light bulbs (these were provided by the landlord). Also, the deck is not safe.
All in all this house has the potential to be a real "Gem", right now as far as for us it was definitely a diamond in the ruff.
