Excellent value

I liked the location, modern hotel, marble interior, very clean, exceptional service and staff. Comfortable with A/C. Great pool and seating area. Free washing and drying facilities. Nothing is too much trouble, the hotel is very helpful.

A bit crap and let down with the area

Nice building but in a not so nice place and lots of stray dogs and cats we won’t be going again. The night porter is a bit ignorant and wouldn’t help us to phone the company to take us back to the airport as we should have been picked up at 06.00 it was a local number and we wasn’t able to use our mobiles he just stated get a taxi then the vehicle did turn up 25 mins late

No air con in the bedroom and it states washing machine and dryer in the apartment but there isn’t any. You have to go in the basement and use the washing machines and dryers if they are not in use from the hotel and other guests there is only 4 washers and 4 dryers

Superb

I had the most wonderful stay at the Oniks Hotel with my family! Our room was in a beautiful, new and cozy building. There was even a small kitchen where we could cook our own meals, which was great for saving money. We also had a balcony where we could have some fresh air and dry the beach towels. The location of the hotel was perfect for us: it was near the airport, so it was convenient when we arrived and departed. But it was still not too far from the famous Lara Beach and close to shops, currency exchange and cafes. The host of the hotel was amazing. They were so kind and helpful, especially when it came to accommodating our children. They made sure our little ones were comfortable and happy during our stay. We truly felt cared for and welcomed. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay with their family.

Clean and comfortable, nice modern design

My parents' stay was not so long but top-notch. The staff's warm hospitality made them feel right at home. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had excellent facilities. The location was convenient for rest after the airport, and the service was exceptional.

I think will be nothing to say in this aspect. Thanks a lot.

Clean and very gentleman stuff good location to airport and to everywhere. The place was so good. specially if you have a family and kids with you. this stuff is so good they make you feel like you're home.

The place is a wonderful stay, great rooms, very clean and the staff are very welcoming. Highly recommend staying here and the location is great as well. Shout-out to Steve and his son who were very welcoming and extremely friendly. Would definitely visit again!

I chose oniks as i was coming to Antalya for my teeth doing. The airport is around 10/15 minutes drive which was very convenient. Amazing staff very friendly and attentive. Went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, rooms were very clean all cooking appliances available. I cooked almost every night. One of the days we couldn’t get a taxi to the beach so the staff went out there way to drop us off. Great value for money very close to all shops. Will be returning to Oniks. Thank you to you all for making our trip amazing.

Wish the pool was open later :( other than that no complaints

Waited to move to the next apartment

- Good Wi-Fi connection

- Dirty furniture everywhere - No normal cups, no normal plates, only 2 spoons and forks and 1 knife (looks like a mockery) - Only 1 available socket to charge your laptop and smartphones (also looks like a mockery) - Needed to print a few pages of document ASAP, manager at the reception rejected to print it using their printer and sent us to look for printing centers around (not very hospitable) - Quite noisy - you will hear every plane arriving at the airport

Very good new hotel, clean and cozy room with kitchen (with dishes, pans) .Wi-Fi works perfect . The workers of hotel speaks English, Russian . Very smiling and helpful personnel :)). There are many shops and restaurants near hotel, in a distance of 10 min of walking from hotel there's restaurent Schiller with a large choice of European food, many bus stops so you can reach by bus everywhere .Lara beach 10 minutes riding by bus. In a front of hotel there's the taxi button, so you can go by taxi as well. Taxi drivers mainly do not speak English. But you can write them address and they use phone map navigator , they will bring you to address you want. Airport 20 minutes from hotel going by taxi. There is a Laundry room with washer and drier in a basement of hotel building , so it is very comfortable if you stay couple more days. I definitely choose Oniks aparthotel for next time coming to Antalya, and I would recommend to stay here to my friends.

Oniks Rocks!

Friendliness, able to converse in English, which can be challenging in a foreign country where English is not the first language. Cleanliness of the apartment and shared spaces. Steve and and his son are running and exemplary business model, coupled with empathy, attention to detail and supportive throughout my stay. I have now extended my stay due to my son being in the hospital. The apartment feels safe, secure and I will definitely recommend!

Very good

It's a nice apartment building with small swimming pool and good security. There's an excellent place to stay outside and sitting area. Oven in the kitchen. Big mirror. Nice furniture. Friendly staff.

No washing machine in the rooms you have to go downstairs to wash and its only 5 washing machines so can get quite busy. Studio's are so small. Too expensive. No private parking. Far from sea. No bin in the kitchen. Very small fridge !

The location, the staff Mohammed, Steve and Arkan. Really great apartment. Close to the airport, either by taxi or by bus ( bus 800 ;)) you can also get a bus straight into the old city a few steps away from the apartment.

It could have been a place I will Recommend but the guy at the reception ruined it all

the only thing we liked was it was clean & light colours throughout the rooms.

The old guy at the reception, who was the first person we saw. He was so rude and seemed like he had enough with life. Not even a hello from him, which cost nothing. The ceiling are so low even my toddler banged his head few time when he was on the bed. The shower ceiling is so low my son scraped his ear and was bleeding.

very clean, comfortable, location was easy to get around from the staff were incredibly helful and kind. they have 24hr reception so always someone to help. the pool was clean. close to airport. close to lara beach.

only thing is not enough towels. but this is expected considering its an apartment not a hotel.

bedsheet were clean but stain marks were there. we booked 2 suites. in one suite door locks had issue.

Great stay at Oniks! Would definitely stay there again

The apartment was lovely. The kitchen area was simple and when we needed extra appliances (microwave) we were able to get it. The pool area was great. Taxis are easy to get from the suite as the apartment provides a way for you to contact them in the lobby. The suite was close to many shops so it’s quite easy to access groceries. The shopping mall (Terra City) was easy to get to around 15mins in a taxi as well as other attractions (The Duden waterfall). Had an amazing stay at Oniks and was able to extend our stay to 10 nights as our host was so helpful.

Excellent apartment hotel where you will feel as comfortable as possible

Excellent apartment hotel where you will feel as comfortable as possible. The hotel staff are very attentive to their guests, provide any necessary assistance. Whether you travel alone or with your family, you will love this place. The water in the pool is always clean, plenty of sun loungers. Near the hotel there are BIM and Migros markets, as well as a liquor store. If you rent a car, there is a small car park in front of the hotel, which is very convenient and safe. If you do not rent a car, there is a taxi call button next to the hotel that arrives within 2-5 minutes.

The hotel is brand new, very clean and has a lovely pool. Staff were very nice and could be reached 24 hours a day. The internet was very fast and they had routers in all rooms for easy connectivity. A very nice hotel all round and excellent value for money.
