i would definitely recommend it

the reception staff specially (karina) was extremely amazing , the hotel location , free entrance to the beach

Nicht empfehlungswert

Klima-Anlage hat nicht funktioniert. Wir mussten deswegen noch einmal die Kofferpacken und umziehen. Das versprochenen Frühstückspaket am frühen Morgen gab es nicht. Die Umgebung ist nicht besonders ansprechend, das Hotel (Adresse) für unser Navi (Tom Tom letzte Version) unauffindbar.

A male night staff was rude to me and very nasty, I travelled alone for dental work a young girl on my own and he scared me I had to book a earlier flight home.

The hotel is very bad and the treatment is not good by some of the staff, especially the lady who sits at the reception in the morning, her treatment is not good at all. The way of dealing with guests is not good.. A very bad experience and I do not intend to repeat it with this hotel, neither I nor anyone before me, and I do not advise anyone to live in This hotel.

Valye for money if you are looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful.

Good location and cheap price. The restaurant and cleaning staff are exceptionally hard working and very helpful.

The hotel is dated and in need of a facelift.The rooms are basic. the food at the restaurant was limited compared to other places I have been to.

the location was good for a resting beach holiday. the waiters were nice and always made sure we have enough drinks. the turkish bath in the basement was really good and would recommend it 100%.

the receptionists either didn’t speak english or were super rude to us. our toilet broke and they tried to fix it at midnight, but then left it broken without a word. on their information leaflet, they implied like stealing may occur and they highly recommended paying €2/day to use their safe to avoid it. for that reason, because we had big valuables, we put the do not disturb sign on our door for the whole duration as we were nervous that our stuff might be stolen.

Amazing staff, great location

The staff was amazing, very helpful and polite. I got more for my money than you would expect from a 3 star hotel. The location is great, next to a bus stop and a little shop,another shops are a few minutes away. 5 minutes away from the beach. I've had an amazing experience Highly recommended 👌

My room was next to the lift,it was quite noisy The bathroom could do with a little maintenance, water was dripping behind the toilet, there was a little pool on the floor all the time, shower was a little mouldy. Deep cleaning is recommended

It was a small hotel, staff lovely. We were all inclusive had different variety of food daily. Breakfast was ok, Duden waterfalls 5 mins in taxi. Centre was 1 hour on bus. Location not central, you more towards Lara Beach area 15 min walk. Migros close by. Beach was few mins walk. You got towels, bedding, toilet paper eyc when you asked for it. Rooms were cleaned daily

Wifi was really slow. Electrics were off for 1 day as had some issues but wasnt sure how some lights were working and darkness everywhere. The rooms were very small and 4 beds squashed, not enough space to store your luggage. There was a big pillar in the middle of the room whivh took alot of the space Kettle was leaking.

Service staff were excellent, pool was good

Hotel itself was jaded, things not looked after, eg, when arrived late at night, and given room, it had not been cleaned from previous users. Was not offered alternate room, had to ask to be switched . New room had broken shower support, and exposed wiring panel . Lift never cleaned during stay.( And thus not clean) Thankfully we only did B&B, as food not great, buffet style with not a lot of choice, and most of 'hoy' items were lukewarm at best

The room was dirty. There was mold in the bathroom. We requested crib for the babyes, but they hadn't put the crib in the room, so after arguing with them, they gave one broken

The location of the hotel is alright, close to the beach. The food was delicious

The bathrooms had mold. There was one man on the reception who yelled at me that this is a Turkish hotel, and they speak only Turkish and Russian languages, so I should speak one of these languages, otherwise I won't get served. The problem was the Wifi, just stopped and noone fixed it. We left the next morning, so I don't know if they fixed it. Also they play music very loud at the pool. Our rooms were with view to the pool and the music is super loud untill midnight, so we were calling every night around 11 -12 to stop the music, otherwise we couldn't sleep

you get what you pay for

the staff at this hotel could not be any more helpful , they were kind and very attentive, the food was tasty , definitely quality over quantity, if you are a fussy eater you might struggle as there was not very much options , had an amazing Turkish bath and massage at this hotel, overall great hotel for what you pay

the rooms definitely could have been doing with a renovation, and they were not the cleanest

Garden & pool area are pleasant Food was a good variety. Bbq’s every night we’re the best.

The room was small & very basic. The bathroom was damp, extremely small, everything needs an update. Curtains are falling apart. Room needs a deep clean.

Downstairs was very nice , food in hotel good and nice pool

The room we had was awful , far too small the bathroom had all black mould in shower and to use the toilet you had to sit sideways. No English Channel on Tv . no balcony just bars , uncomfortable bed . worst room I’ve ever had whilst staying in Turkey

Good value for 3 star hotel but not given the service that we paid for ie rooms.

The pool was good.

We were not given the quadruple room that we booked and was instead offered two double rooms which was very inconvenient.

There is nothing to like in the hotel. Do yourself a favor and don’t ruin your vacation and waste your money in this hotel

We were three family members so I asked the receptionist for extra key card. The receptionist barely speak english and he told me the system does not allow for more than one key card. His excuse does not make any sense and turned out a it’s lie. After I argued with them, they told me we can give the second one but you have to put a deposit of 100 TL (around $6) because the card is expensive. I searched in amazon and the card only $0.39. Unrealistic people! I choose all inclusive option. The plates, the glasses, spoons and forks was dirty with the stain. The soda machine had stain. I couldn’t stand to eat. I ate only one meal during the 5 days stay. I end up eating at resturant outside the hotel The entrance smell like disgusting fish. The room was smell like sewer on the first day so I have to spray air refresher every 1/2 hour for 2 hours and open windows The elevator is too old. I felt like I’m in building in 1960 with an open door elevator The bathroom is too small. The toilet is so tide so I had use it side way. You have to wash you face standing because there is no room at the sink

All inclusive hotel where you have to pay for beers, this isn’t all inc. food was shocking, not a great selection and poor quality

Great for eat-swim-sleep type of holiday

Stayed here for 10 days with 5 people and we all had a great time. The rooms were good for the price and they were cleaned to a high standard every day. If you come here, definiately go for all inclusive as the food was very nice and it's a great way to save money. The main highlight of our stay was probably the kitchen staff who were always very nice, friendly, attentive. For every dinner they grilled something different, so the menu was different and never boring. The beach was about 5 minutes away from the hotel. It's a smaller section of the beach, not the huge Lara beach that you can see on the map which was very good because it's more calm. The swimming pool is really nice, and cleaned well.

Receptionist lady was a bit rude when we checked in. There was a mistake from the hotels part and she wanted us to pay extra for our stay. When we tried to show her proof that everything was fine with our booking She wouldn't listen. Finally a manager resolved the issue.
