Comodidad y limpieza

Perfecta ubicación, y personal muy amable y atento. Habitaciones reformadas como nuevas, y baño también impecable y todo limpio. Los espacios comunes, y el café de cortesía también se agradecen. Ideal para comprar algún dulce y desayunar al aire libre en su terraza.

En nuestra habitación (1º planta) se oía el ruido de las cañerías de agua, por lo que cuando empezaron las duchas de por la mañana del resto de habitaciones, te despertaban.

Excelente ubicación.

Hotel céntrico, recientemente reformado,precioso, habitación amplia,limpia distintas estancias,comedor, terraza para poder disfrutar de las vistas, cercano a Rtes y cafeterías, atención excelente, para volver en nuestra próxima estancia.

Una pasada de hotel

Lo recomiendo al 100%100 ...está todo muy nuevo y muy bonito...la cama muy cómoda...que más decir que repetiríamos....y para aparcar a 5 minutos andando ay un parking gratuito...es el parking del mercado.

Parfaite halte dans une ville ou nous avons l'habitude de passer une nuit/an. Nous y reviendrons.

Très bon accueil et la première chambre proposée ne nous convenant pas (sans fenetre) une deuxième chambre nous a ét attribuée.

Las camas eran muy cómodas, estaba todo muy limpio, dejaban botellitas de agua todos los días, el baño era amplio, el personal muy amable… En general todo de 10

Por poner una pega, la entrada de la ducha al no tener puerta el agua se salía, pero como teníamos toallas suficientes hacian el refuerzo a la alfombrilla. 10/10

Exceptional

Very clean and comfortable room where everything worked. A real bonus was the little shared kitchen area with tea coffee and biscuits. Spacious dining room and two excellent roof terraces. Great for watching the sun go down over the old roof tops surrounded by screaming swifts. Elvas is a really interesting town and Concept is really well located near the top of the old town.

The property was very clean. It is in a central location.

The shower was not designed well. The water went all over the bathroom floor. The door to the room squeaked. A little WD-40 will fix.

Very nice hotel with amazing staff

The staff was the best. Inês was really friendly, shared the most popular spots in town and she offered a snack at our arrival. The room was large, quiet and clean. Very comfy beds and nice room temperature.

The bathroom pipelines smelled a bit when you came in and the fact they don't have a shower glass installed makes all the water from the shower soaked up the floor.

Staff, cleanliness, location, facilities.

Noisy in the morning, can hear everything happening outside the room, mainly cleaning ladie working. Simple door, doesn't block outside noise. Design of the shower makes all toilet wet. Pillows not very comfortable and one had a brown spot that seems to be burnt by iron. Cleanliness wasn't in question, looked super clean but that spot on the pillow gives a bad impression. So at the end it is a fair price.

Just perfect

Everything was perfect! The guest house was beautiful and everything was clean. The room was nice and big, had a great bathroom and a small refrigerator, which came in handy. The bed was really comfortable and I loved how everything was cleaned everyday! The dining room and the rooftops of the guest house were a cool place to have breakfast. There was a coffee machine and free crackers for every guest. Last but not least, the staff is really nice and cared to know if everything was okay or if we needed anything.
