Only three miles to the sand between Huntington Beach and Newport Beach with a paved bike path from our neighborhood all the way to the beach while never getting on a street! Nearly in the middle between the Newport & Huntington Pier! Roughly 20 minutes to Disney or Knotts Berry Farm and within an hour to Universal Studios/Hollywood/Santa Monica.
Interior has been completely remodeled as well as the backyard with brand new pool and landscaping and 8x8 top of the line Hot Springs Spa and entertainment area under cover with articulating big screen so you can watch movies while in the hot tub!
Perfect for entertaining, the kitchen is open to the dining and living with French doors opening onto rear patio facing the pool. Master bedroom with King Bed and En-Suite bath on main level, detached flex/office/gym space off the kitchen (with heat and air) with double sliders opening onto the pool area. Upstairs you will find an oversized second bedroom with a huge closet and one queen bed with queen futon as well as two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full size bed, all with televisions and ceiling fans.
This dreamy house will sleep 10 adults and offers three full bathrooms as well as a new full size washer and dryer, new Heat Pump/AC, gas fireplace and is simply perfect for making year around memories! Plenty of back yard space for yard games or to relax around the magnificent new pool or perhaps watch your favorite show in the new Hot Springs Spa while sipping on a cold beverage.

1. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan, large flat screen television and dresser.
2. Master Bedroom features King Bed, Second Bedroom features Queen Bed plus a Queen Futon, Third Bedroom features a Full Bed and Fourth Bedroom has a Queen Bed. Extra pillows and blankets are located in closet.
3. The rear yard is fully fenced; however, the pool is not fenced. Shallow end is perfect for pool games while the depth is estimated to be 8 feet.
4. No events or parties.
5. Quiet time is 10:00 pm - 8:00 am
6.No smoking inside.
7. No furniture on backyard turf.
8. No Pets.
9. All furniture needs to stay in place, please do not move furniture.
10. No wood fires of any kind on property.
11. No propane fires under covered patio.
12. Wood pellet grill included for your cooking pleasures.
