Value, location, and comfort.

Good value and great location.

Rooms and facilities need major upgrading. Tired and old decor, especially the ugly rusty metal ventilation cover in the bathroom. No water in the swimming pool.

Horrible customer service and receptionist/ terrible place to spent time

The staff is very disrespectful, the property charged me for even though it was supposed to be no prepayment. I was charged without my consent. Additionally when I appealed the same morning they refused to allow refund (even though their policy stated on the site free cancelation and later on receptionist said 24 hour). Later I called the receptionist he lied to me and said there is no payment and if I dont show up I wont be charged. Later on they claimed that I lied, I don't know how is employed and who employed these people to interact with other people

Exceptional for the price and the location!

I love that 7-Eleven is just a hop skip and a jump from the establishment. I like the bathroom, well the shower the best! It's such an awesome walk-in shower. So roomy and I really love how the bathroom (including the shower) was all tile. I really appreciate how friendly the housekeeping staff is too!

I'm not one to complain but the bed caused me some serious back pain . The bed is too soft. But me having a bad back doesn't help either. The only other compliant I have is the ant problem. There's ants in the bathroom constantly. Occasionally in the closet too.

I’m not picky for just a place to sleep and go to work. But when I request something.

I stayed here for 6 weeks. At first, It was alright. Acceptable but for last week. I request for whirlpool bathtub which I got that room before. I want to relax from long hard day at work in the whirlpool bathtub but they do not give me the drain stopper. I could not use the bathtub. I asked them for it and they said that room can not use whirlpool thats why they did not leave it for me. So why did u give the broken room for me then? What the point to give me whirlpool bathtub but unusable. Lastly, on my last stay, there was a cockroach in the fridge. It was disgusting.

Very friendly staff, very spacious room, location is safe

The cleaning can be a bit better, room was dusty. I would have preferred that my room was dusted and vaccumed every couple of days. I also did not like how noisy some other stayers were, the insulation in the room was not the best, but my ear plugs did a good job of cancelling out the noise.

Very good

Very Clean, and the cleaning staff were super sweet. My baby was asleep on the bed at checkout time and the staff who came for the sheets let her slumber. Very sweet. Also appreciated the full-size microwave and empty mini-fridge for the food we brought along.

I mean... it's a motel. You get what you pay for, so to expect more than what was provided by this humble inn would be kinda crazy. There could have maybe been one more blanket on the bed.

the manager or guy working there was so rude I booked the extra day through booking.com app i had even confirmation number he came to my door start yelling on me even neighbors came out they said he disturbed their peace I was not happy at all! their shower was sucks never go back again

This is not the first time we stop, but this time in the room that we had, the carpet was dirty, it stank very strongly. the ventilation in the toilet is dirty and it also stinks

Perfect for our location needs, but lacking otherwise.

Location of the hotel was nice, its tucked a bit in from the street so you don't get any of the street noise. (+1 star) The room it self was HUGE, and there was a microwave, small fridge in the kitchen area and TV (+2 stars). We really enjoyed watching animal planet's, "Secrets of the Zoo" since we don't own a TV - it was a nice treat on our vacation. Check in/out was easy, the man who checked us in was very welcoming and professional (+1 star). The property also has plenty of parking, we were able to get good parking close to our room anytime we arrived back at the hotel (+1 star).

Our non-smoking room REEKED of marijuana (-2 stars), it was so bad we ended up going to the grocery store down the street to buy $12 worth of odor eliminators/ Clorox wipes (-1 star). The carpet in the room was riddled with stains and the pillows were so tiny and flat (-1 star). I didn't feel comfortable walking around the room without shoes or socks on and ended up wiping down all the surfaces and TV remotes. The ice machine did not work, no coffee machine in the room and the pool was empty, overgrown with weeds (-1 star). Water pressure in the shower was very poor (-1 star)

OK for the price, especially being so close to the beach.

Great location. Close to 15 minutes to the Beach. Close to grocery stores. The room has a mini fridge and microwave.

The staff was not pleasant. When I requested asked about more than one room key, the front desk acted like that was an unusual request.

Nice stay.

Jacuzzi tub, clean room, fridge & microwave, great parking, & quiet outside.

Check in time was late (3pm) & check out time too early 11am). For the price paid, we didn't get the full time we paid for. Ice machine was empty. No breakfast.

It was a great location, and as a bonus had a restaurant/bar attached to the property. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who asks!

It was close to the OC Fair. Different restaurants in the area.

The room smelled like mold. The carpet was stained everywhere. The restroom door handle broke off. There were old socks rolled up and thrown in the corner. There was spit on the mirror. The toilet seat was chewed up and stained. The walls near the toilet had stains. The ac smelled like urine when turned on.
