Really great location in Ludlow. Very clean throughout and a very well-equipped kitchen. Comfy beds and a great shower. Very friendly and helpful host. Appreciated the complimentary milk and quality biscuits too!
I would have got a parking permit if I'd known that one was available. I guess I missed something in the print.

Perfect! We stayed for 2 nights as a family of 5 to attend a family wedding at the Castle. Check in was seamless. Location was great - 5 minute walk up the hill and we were in the centre of town. Parking was not a problem at all. The house was immaculate with a good size kitchen and 3 bedrooms, plus a modern bathroom with an amazing shower! Fresh milk in the fridge for a cuppa on arrival and some biscuits was a nice touch too! Thanks Phil for letting us stay :)
Nothing at all!

Excellent touches:milk in the fridge on arrival, well equipped kitchen, eco-minded host. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows.
Lounge seating could be more comfortable, sheets not 100% cotton and the duvet was a little too hot.

This is a very nice terraced house in a great location, easy walk to the shops and restaurants . The house was warm and very clean. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of hot water and equipped with everythng we needed for a mini break.
nothing to complain about, it was exactly as described.

The host was fantastic - very friendly and accommodating with a very quick and easy "check in" process. The house was immaculate - very clean and tidy. The house felt spacious and fresh. The bathrooms smelt really good. I think pretty much everything had been thought of facilities wise. The house was well equipped with milk, biscuits, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, toilet rolls and even batteries for the Wii remote - we enjoyed an evening playing Mario and Just Dance on the Wii! The beds were really comfortable. The location of the house is perfect - so close to the beautiful River Teme and Ludlow Castle. Would 100% recommend and hope to visit and stay here again. Thank you :)

Thank you for a lovely stay. A great place, beautifully clean and well maintained. Very well equipped with lots of little touches, milk, biscuits, shampoo etc. The location was fab with parking right outside arranged by the owners. Communication was brilliant. Couldn’t fault it.

This property by far exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean. So well equipped with everything and more than we needed. We were very impressed with the toilet rolls, made by a company who produce probably the best environmentally friendly loo rolls in the country! I had a couple of queries which were handled really quickly. We appreciated it was so close to the centre of town, so it was a quick walk up the hill and we were at one end of the High Street. The property had a fabulous shower too, with two loos, which was good as their were four of us.
Nothing as far as we were concerned. Maybe if we were being picky it would be nice to have had nearby parking, but as it's so close to the centre of town it's understandably permit holders only. We parked outside to unload and made sure we left within 2 hours, and found a public park. It was no issue for us.

We liked everything, attention to detail in the house, provisions throughout, thoughtfulness of Phil our host and his team - we left a watch there & this was promptly noticed & put safely in the post - tracked at no cost to us. Definitely recommend this lovely clean & spacious house with a garden. Big smiles from myself & three friends.

Great property, the cleanest I've ever stayed in. It is super well equipped. Great secure bike store. Only a 5 minute walk into town. Some fantastic cycling roads all around. I'll be back.
Really, the only complaint is that the pillows are poor quality, very lumpy

Lovely property in an excellent location. Spacious accommodation with an amazing kitchen. Nice enclosed garden for people travelling with pet's. River is right on your doorstep and just a couple of minutes to town with all the amenities you could ask for. Property itself is fresh clean and finished to a very high standard. Loved being able to just collect keys from lockbox at the property. Would definitely recommend and use again.
Parking was a problem. Although you could unload right outside we decided to park at a weekly pay carpark which was a ten minute walk away and cost 13 pounds each for our two car's. The only other suggestion I would make is maybe a TV in the main bedroom.

The advance info from Phil was comprehensive . The decor, cleanliness and facilities were excellent. All we needed was our own food for breakfast. Ludlow is a small town with a good selection of food choices from fast food outlets to fine dining. The town centre itself is spectacularly beautiful and historic.
Parking proved to be a bit pot-luck. BUT it was flagged up in the info, so not entirely a shock.

Our family stayed there and it was great because it was only a few minutes walk away from us. The location was conveniently near the town centre, market & shops as well as the River Teme, Whitcliffe Common and St John's Gardens for walking the dogs. The house was beautifully clean and comfortable.
The family were disturbed by noisy heating during the night but this was improved after managing to turn off the heating overnight.

Lovely house. Everything was brand new and sparkly clean. The “finish” to the refurb of the property was superb. Milk, tea and biscuits on arrival were a lovely surprise. Enclosed small garden for the dog. Three minute walk to the shops. Riverside walks were close by. Try the Wheatsheaf Inn for food. We will definitely return.
Nothing!

The house was really clean, comfortable and well appointed. Really close to town and very convenient. Also really great for walks both river and woodland. Phil was really helpful in suggesting restaurants and he sent a very comprehensive instruction email. Thank you
Tiny recommendation for a lamp in the lounge...

very clean, airy and comfortable though the double bed seemed shorter than average as my husband’s feet hung over the end!
couldn’t find a corkscrew which was slightly irritating as we had come to celebrate my late dad’s birthday and had brought some nice wines to drink.
luckily I happened to have my private chef ‘toolbox’ in the car which contained a corkscrew. A decent breadboard/ chopping board would also be great.
Constant yapping dog next door from
about 8am was a bit of a pain!

The house had recently been refurbished to a high standard. It was extremely clean and was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, as well as a few little "extras". The town centre and castle are about 10 minutes walk away with lots of pubs and restaurants. There are pleasant walks nearby and some beautiful countryside within easy driving distance.
There is easy free street parking nearby for overnight but only for two hours at a time in the day. Not a problem if you don't mind walking. We parked in one of the town car parks (£10 for one week) about 10 minutes walk away.

The house was really well designed and appointed, the kitchen was very well equipped. It was impressively clean.
We found the couches in the living room we're not particularly comfortable after a short while. We also thought that check out time could do with been a bit later. For only a 2 day stay, we found 10am to be a little early.

great location very close to all the shops and pubs but still very quiet in the night.
Everything was great. Shame you cannot park outside for more than two hours in the day but you can park there overnight so it was not an issue.

This house was perfect. The standard of cleanliness is exceptional. Facilities were so good. There is everything you need in this house for cooking and relaxing. They even provided take away menus. There is furniture in the garden which is bathed in sunlight most of the day. We were 2 ladies in our late 60's and we felt really safe. The surrounding houses were neat, and the area was quiet. The house was located in a great spot very near to tower street, the old part of town. We would definately recommend this property.
Parking was a minor problem, as the on street parking is for residents with a permit? Just round the back of the house in St Johns rd, there are spots available from six pm till 8am. And you can walk to the back garden of the property from there in a minute.
