Quiet location. Own lounge, lovely bathroom and bedroom. Hosts couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing.

Superb

We were made to feel welcome and comfortable. Lovely to sleep in a quiet room and to have the use of the spacious guest living room and a luxurious bathroom. Breakfast was a real treat - great choice and excellent quality food.

Would recommend to anyone visiting the Brecks. Lovely stay!

Marsha is a lovely host and we had much in common. The room is extremely clean and quiet. The bath and shower were both great!

The best B&B we have ever stayed in!

Everything! The host was so welcoming - and the house beautiful! Parking on site too! Our rooms were all tastefully furnished and the linens and toiletries were of the highest quality!! The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had - fresh fruit salad, homemade bread and everything you could imagine on the breakfast table - along with freshly cooked breakfast to order! We will return without a doubt - thankyou so much for making our stay so perfect! Linda and Maris purenins

Wonderful owners, very friendly and helpful in a lovely house and setting delivering a top service.

Fabulous breakfast, serial, fruit, freshly squeezed orange juice, the best bacon and sausage I’ve had and freshly baked bread…. Brilliant plus there’s more I’ve not mentioned.

When back in Swaffham area again we won't be looking to stay anywhere else

Couldn't believe how close we were to the Centre of Swaffham, because it was so peaceful. Breakfast to die for, certainly don't be booking a lunch out if you have breakfast lol

the property is gorgeous- our bedroom, bathroom and lounge were lovely and the breakfast was exceptional

Marcia and John where wonderful hosts. Nothing was to much. Nice property, big garden, car park. Nice bedroom with tea making facilities, with fresh milk. Large bathroom with double shower and big bath, candles if you require. Private lounge with open fire and sky TV make it very homely. Breakfast was superb, fresh fruit, cereal and full English available. Freshly brewed coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and home made bread. With the property only catering for 2-4 people at a time, you're able to relax and go at your pace. Excellent value for money. Would definitely return if passing through again .

Although there was a TV in the lounge downstairs, it would have been nice to have a TV in the bedroom. But I'm probably being petty.

Locally sourced breakfast and home made breads, fantastic hospitality - host couldn’t offer anymore of tried, living room to ourselves overlooking the grounds, eco friendly (no throwaway plastics), fresh flowers and linens, warm home from home feeling, good location for cities, forest breaks and beach a short drive away

Impressive service and quality in all respects of catering and general comfort.

No need for face masks. Breakfast was exceptional in terms of quality and service. Choice of Home made bread also an added bonus. Exclusive use of lounge and very large TV much appreciated.

A thoroughly enjoyable one-nighter; only a shame that I wasn’t able to stay longer.

The breakfast was superb…a choice of cereals, 4 types, 3 types of yogurt, tofu and raspberries and then the full English cooked meal on top with brown granary bread. I couldn’t eat any more, and I have always had a good appetite. The dining area, also the evening lounge area, was most spacious and beautifully decorated, with interesting pictures, lovely bold pottery and no less than four bunches of flowers and a view into the garden to boot, with goldfinches looking in!

hard to find fault, to be honest.

Marcia and John are a warm, friendly and very welcoming couple. Nothing is too much trouble. The house is lovely and breakfast has to be experienced. Exceeded all my expectations, thanks to both of them for a fantastic stay.

It was comfortable and luxurious, a real treat. We were made to feel so welcome.

Breakfast was delicious. So many things of excellent quality to choose from including 2 types of homemade bread, homemade preserves, fresh fruit, yoghurt, freshly squeezed orange juice. locally sourced sausages and bacon, good coffee, and tasty fresh eggs

Good but odd room layout not to our taste.

3 separate rooms - bedroom, bathroom and downstairs lounge/TV room. We would have preferred normal one room layout.

Great stay

Marcia and John were very friendly and welcoming. Room was lovely and comfortable and bathroom was a treat, a piece of luxury. Breakfast was fabulous with such a lovely spread and the cooked breakfast was great, really good quality.

Lovely stay, highly recommend.

Had an amazing stay. Lovely room, stunning bathroom, use of living room & tv, fabulous host who provided us with a great cooked breakfast, quiet area with no disturbance. Would 100% stay here again if we are back in the area! Thanks so much for having us.
