beautiful views over the scenery. the owners couldn’t do enough for us. they made us extremely welcome and even offered to get some black pudding or white pudding in for our breakfast - we refused! spotlessly clean.
There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Martina & Brendan we're very kind & could not have been more gracious hosts. I wasn't feeling good, so kept to my room as much as possible. The place was immaculate, the views of Carlingford Lough & the Irish Sea were gorgeous.
Nothing.

Everything!! This was truly the best B&B we have ever stayed in, both in the States and overseas. Martina and Brendan were wonderful in every possible way. Although we only spent one night, we left feeling like family!
Nothing!!

Beautiful house in an idyllic location with spectacular views back (the Mourne Mountains) and front (the sea). Spacious twin room and bathroom, spotlessly clean and well eqipped. Comfortable lounge, excellent breakfast, lots of choice. The hosts were delightful, so jolly, friendly and helpful. I wish we'd had more time to stay there instead of just passing through.
Only sorry we couldn't stay longer.

It felt like home away from home- freshly made breakfast, comfortable room, and peaceful location. Also can’t praise enough Brendan and Martina as hosts whose friendly attention to details made our stay wonderful (our request for black pudding with breakfast was gratified).
Can’t think of anything.

The room was spacious, clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Views were beautiful. Our hosts went the extra mile for us suggesting places to see and dine in the town, even dropping us off and collecting us. Martina cooked us the best breakfast we’ve had at a hotel or guesthouse!
Nothing not to like!

We had a fantastic 2night stay recently. Martina & Brendan were friendly & welcoming hosts. The location & views are stunning, with a patio to take it all in. Room was spotless and very comfortable, and a fresh cooked breakfast was a delicious start to the day!

Martina and Brendan where
excellent hosts. The breakfast was great especially Martina's porridge. Views from their beautiful b&b were spectacular with mountain and sea views. Lovely area but the star attraction are the hosts who couldn't do enough for us. Wonderful people and we will most certainly return.
Nothing negative to report - Everything was fantastic.

Location location location.
And what simply lovely hosts.
The main and real reason for staying, and returning once again in the future to stay, at Seaview were the warm and very hospitable hosts -- you don't find that many places these days with this special and very unusual personal touch.
They were such fine people Martina and Brendan. We did not have a vehicle and their son Patrick dropped my daughter and I to a restaurant for dinner and Brendan took us all the way to the train station two towns away and stopped to allow me to pick up a gift from the gift shop. He provided onward travel suggestions and gave us a little tour with lots of quaint details on the way to the station.
The room and bathroom was sumptuously comfortable. Breakfast excellent and as requested.
Martina and Brendan have invested time and care in making sure every detail was just right from the welcoming cookies to where you might have your tea to little signs and notes on where things can be found.
We had no real reason for visiting Rostrevor on our holiday in Northern Ireland in May 2022 but Seaview was in the the reason to visit. Peaceful, so beautiful and wonderful hospitality. Hat tip, Martina and Brendan
Everything was perfect. Zero complaints except I wish we had stayed longer.

We stayed here whilst attending a friend’s wedding and it was perfect! The owners go out of their way to help and assist with absolutely everything they can. They were so kind and helpful to us - offering lifts, shoe polishing, extra breakfasts for our friends! The guest house is clean and beds very comfortable. Their is ample parking and space for relaxing out with your room. Their was plenty instant hot water and I honestly was sad to leave! Thank you so much for your wonderful Irish hospitality!
Walls are are quite thin (just like a new build) so you are aware of noise from other rooms and kitchen but it wasn’t overly disruptive.

Beautiful, quiet location, easy to find, 5 minutes drive from Greencastle/Greenore ferry, few minutes from Werrenpoint. Owners are very nice and welcoming people, the guesthouse was very clean, good breakfast too.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Beautiful location with a patio, bar and lounge area which unfortunately on this occasion we didn't have time to enjoy. Excellent breakfast. Martina and Brendan very attentive and went out of their way to meet dietary requirements. They also kindly booked our evening meal in one of the local restaurants Seaview is an excellent location for exploring the surrounding area. The views of the mountains, fields and lough are particularly beautiful when the sun shines.

We had a great time staying at Seaview Guesthouse. Brendan and Martina were very friendly hosts who do all they can to make sure you're comfortable and having a nice stay, the breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, the rooms were very clean and comfortable and the views of the sea, mountains and countryside are hard to beat. It's nice to sit on the patio with a drink (thanks Brendan) and relax and enjoy the views. We really enjoyed our weekend treat!

Our hosts were exceptionally warm and friendly--even offered to pick us up from town if we had too much to drink at dinner and return us to our car in the morning (we didn't need them to do this, but it was kind to ask!). They did make suggestions for dinner, and made our reservations for us. The property is beautiful--we enjoyed the peaceful scenery of cows and sheep grazing across the fields in front of the lake and mountain view, and enjoyed a drink beside their fireplace in the evening. Breakfast is enormous, and again--the hosts were so accommodating. It was a great stay!

Breakfast first class.
