Balcony in our room and the breakfast was good

The air was very humid even with the AC. No mosquito net. The pillows were very thin and too soft.

We highly recommend for rest and relaxation.

The pool was very nice. After a long flight from USA we wanted to relax in Mondello for two days prior to visiting Palermo. This hotel/pool were perfect! And, breakfast very good! Also great room shower.

The bed was a little hard but we slept well. And, the walk to the beach little further than we thought but easy to follow.

Helpful reception. Nice pool.

It's about 1km walk to Mondello centre. There are infrequent buses. The hotel is set in residential streets, with very little around it. There is one cafe nearby. The hotel has no food during the day. The breakfast was pretty ordinary.... Whole tomatoes, why not sliced? And the waiter cleared plates onto a table cloth and wrapped it up, right in front of me. Never seen THAT anywhere before. I didn't have dinner. The whole place needs a update.

Superb

Very nice and quiet hotel, only 10 min walk from the beach, very friendly and helpful stuff. I read the reviews and expected it to be very old, but it turned out to be better than I expected. There was a balcony with a view on the mountain which was not mentioned in the description and was a nice surprise. I was working remotely and WiFi worked well both in lobby and in the room

Old-fashioned hotel quite close to the beach

About 5-10 minutes to the beach. Very friendly man at the reception desk - lots of helpful information. Very clean.

Unfortunately the best days of this hotel has gone forever... the hotel has a big potential, but it desperately needs refreshing! It looks like there was no renovation for 30 years... it's sad because it could be a really nice place... Lot of trash in the nearby - awful.....

Mediocre hotel, won't comeback.

The hotel is dated, big time! the tinny lift is scary; the breakfast is mediocre with very little cooked options; the pool and surrounding areas are a big disappointment - the pool water is cloudy (who knows when that water was treated ??); the day time reception staff is a joke - not friendly at all, feels like they making us a favour for staying there, and at check-out not even a "thank you" or "have a good day" or "have a safe flight back home" - simply took payment for the nightly fee and that's it. I was shocked! The price is way to high for what the hotel offers. I do not recommend and certainly won't comeback.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Basic but good selection for breakfast, limited lunch menu but still very tasty. Thorough room cleaning every day. Nice size swimming pool. Evening drinks always served with some sort of bar snack which was a nice touch. Easy walk to the main beach and hotel sign posted clearly if lost

Ok for 3 stars hotel

The staff very friendly and helpful. The room was big and the beds comfortable and big. Room cleanned every day. The parking is free, on the hotel property. The pool is clean and the kids were allowed to jump.

Poor breakfast, not so many choices.
