Very poor wouldn’t book again

Very poor communications no details in Villa Kettles kept blowing the circuit

Size of the property and the Pool were exceptional Location of the property to Moraira was a 25 minute walk

Picked up keys from the agent, not an easy place to find Mosquitos were really bad and we were all bitten badly, didn't know whether mosquitos or bed bugs!!! Sun lounger cushions required replacing as some were ripped and others dirty

Thoroughly enjoyed our long stay. Better Wifi and more aircon would improve great property further.

Pool (first rate), external shaded outside dining and seating area, lounge, TV and internal dining arrangements, BBQ, beds were very comfortable, kitchen facilities were good, general space of the property. Local supermarkets Pepe La Sal and Mas Y Mas (both about 2 Km away) were excellent. Close by restaurant Ca Pepe was first rate.

Internet needed rebooting several times a day (fine when working), 3 of the 5 bedrooms would have benefited with air-conditioning (could be very hot in July or August), you need to be fit to walk into town or to the sea (also no pavements for most of the walks) and some steep hills (approx 1.5 Km plus each way). Owners managing agents were very good but 6 kilometres away in Calpe, we flew into Valencia in the opposite direction to pick the keys up.

Villa Malibu

The pool and outside areas were lovely. Lounge and dining area were comfortable and the location was excellent.

Only minor criticism regarding kitchen equipment and there were issues with the air conditioning.

Excellent Villa, great location

Loads of room inside and out. We always ate outside though as it was so nice. Great residential area, a great tapas bar within walking distance and Moraria within 25 minutes walk down hill. Walking back in blazing sun more of a challenge, although I personally didn't do this. We hired a vehicle, which was great for getting to supermarket and for day trips to Javea ( kayaking) and the aqualandia ( waterpark)

My biggest disappointetment was I only had 7 days there
