La habitación era acogedora y tenía todo lo necesario para tener una estancia cómoda. Tener acceso a cocina es perfecto y la terraza era muy bonita y soleada. La ubicación es genial. Hay mucho parking cerca y gratuito.

The property is presented very nicely. The small kitchen on the second floor with plates & cutlery was a bonus.
The kitchen could do with an electric kettle, and there weren’t any mugs, so we donated the ones we bought.

The building entrance hall is nicely laid out, our room has everything we need, although the bathroom sink is very tiny, although we appreciate that there is limited space available. I did like the idea of a cobbled floor in the shower. The shared little kitchen & top terrace are a bonus.
One small point, we appreciated the little shared kitchen with fridge & plates, but an electric kettle there is really needed, since you can’t make tea in a coffee machine! We got around it by heating in the microwave & will be donating the mugs we bought.

La cama, es cómoda.
Viene bien tener la opción de la cocina compartida para que en un momento dado poder cocinar algo. De agradecer que hubiera gel y champú.
Pasamos mucho frío en la habitación 5 pese a tener bomba de calor, no logramos q la habitación se calentase.
El agua de la ducha no salió apenas caliente.
La habitación olía mucho a humedad desconocemos el motivo.
La TV Netflix no funcionó.

El único pequeño punto negativo fue que había un olor bastante fuerte a cigarrillos en el pasillo. Afortunadamente, no había olor en la habitación.

Hay un restaurante asiático que merece la pena conocer en la zona. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con una habitación que olía a tabaco y nos cambiaron rápidamente.
Está un poco descuidado, paredes sucias, los acabados de los rodapiés rotos y en general es un sitio de batalla. Con todo el respeto no volvería por 50€ la noche.

La habitación es muy comoda y dispone de todo lo necesario.
La casa en general esta perfectamente limpia y decorada. La cocina dispone de todo lo necesario (menaje, nevera, horno...etc) y la terraza es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar del desayuno.
La habitación podría ser un poco más grande, aunque es totalmente funcional.
Los acabados del plato de ducha (como las juntas de silicona) dejaban algo que desear....

On arrival, the self-check-in was fine.
The property itself was impeccable, both the common parts and the room.
Not negatives for the host, more just observations for others, self-check-in might be difficult for some people, and driving to and parking at that location might not work for everyone, but if you're familiar with the location, it's fine and recommended.

Clean and modern room for a good price. The host was helpful and reactive to our needs, such as providing a blanket for the bed. The kitchen was a bonus, and there is a nice outdoor terrace you can sit, in the afternoon it gets the sun, good when it's colder not so much in summer.
No coffee cups in kitchen, could be a little noisy depending on the other residents, but the actual location is in a quiet area with very little traffic.

Everything worked well. Access was easy. The room was modern, with air con, private bath. The bed was comfortable. Altogether much better than what I expected.

Beautifully decorated, clean and spacious rooms. Bar and supermarket opposite, relatively easy parking. Easy check in process all done via messages. PIN to enter main door. Separate communal well equipped kitchen.

Nice house with a shared kitchen and nice balcony.
I had to contact the property for check in and they only spoke Spanish, which fortunately I could understand enough, otherwise it would be difficult to communicate. Also, the room was very cold and did not ventilate much.

The property was a stunning modern house, very stylish. It benefitted from a shared kitchen on the top floor with a terrace that overlooked the town and countryside towards the coast. The room was warm and clean.
Remote check in is a problem for me as I do not have internet access on my phone. Fortunately there was a cafe opposite with free Wi-Fi. However when we had problems with the air con a man came to sort it out straight away. Parking was on the street, so depended on finding a space. But there was a car park around the corner.
