Good and moderate priced hotel. Beds were old and very hard. Breakfast Food was good, other hotel restaurants not as good, weak drinks at happy hour. Hotel needs some updating and the big pool was under construction which was a bummer.

The only thing we didn't like is that every beverage had to be served on disposable plastic glasses, even when you had your own glass... and they were very restrictive on that

Great customer service. A little pushie on trying to get the guests to become a member. Other than that place is amazing and beautiful. Would definitely recommend this place. Great for kids. Main lobby and the big pool was under construction when we were there but even then it was beautiful.

They have 3 pool areas and a kiddie pool for small ones. Problem with that is they close too soon (9pm). But it is nice because they do activities and games and karaoke. They have food and drinks served to you.
There are restaurants at the resort, except we went with our kids to MAYAPAN AND WERE DECLINED SERVICE, when they clearly had about 15 open tables. Their response was we have no available seats.
Other than that the area is very well maintained and cleaned. They spray for bugs.

Not many restaurants and limited choices. I was all inclusive but still bought my own drinks to the hotel.

Nice property with easy beach access. The beach was rock free.

The place is a great place for relaxation and family fun,the employees are very friendly and helpful, the staff are always available for any questions or needs. Only downside is the furniture was outdated (old)the food was very good and plentiful.

The property was very nice. The grounds were beautifully maintained. My biggest negative is that for a 7 night stay we were only allowed to use the specialty restaurants twice. That came as a surprise for an all-inclusive. We are not buffet people, and breakfast was only served in the buffet. The pool/beach side sushi restaurant was very good, the specialty restaurants were very good, the buffet, although it had a large variety, was not all that good.

We’ve been going to Paradise Village for about 15 years now the staff was so friendly always wanted to help always in a good mood. Their food is great. The servers are friendly always happy we were at the beach. Our server was Gabriel one of the nicest servers were seen always coming by to see if we needed anything then we spend some days at the pool. Our server was Ernesto always coming around and asking if we needed anything these guys they work hard, especially being under that sun all that time, we were there celebrating our 42 year anniversary room was in the fourth floor looking up at the pools and the ocean. It was one great view. We can’t wait to go there again next year and celebrate our 43 year anniversary and hoping to get a beautiful view again Thank you Paradise Village and staff great work.

Great service

In general, the service is good, but sometimes we need to wait for services. We had two types of reservation and our key room was deactivated two days before, then the next day again and they asked us to leave the room because we needed to move to another and finally we were in the same room. It was a bit strange that we asked three times and they didn´t know, but when we left the room with all our bags they told us that we were in the same room. Maybe just they need more organization to don´t ask the client do several rounds asking what next.

Do not recommend. Staff is unfriendly, inconsiderate and unprofessional. Also, even with booking all inclusive you are limited on what you can do and eat. Will not stay here again. They want to charge you for everything saying “it’s not apart of all inclusive”.

The property was nice and conveniently located. There was a lot of construction and on going renovations. The staff and service was not good. It took a long time to get checked in and staff were not very friendly. They treat people different depending on the color of your bracelet or package booked.

We just got back from 5 nights at this resort. The property is beautiful. It was perfect for our family of 11 (four kids, and two grandparents). Because it was rainy/off season, the resort was not overly crowded. We were easily able to get chairs on the beach or by the pool. The rooms are a little dated, but sparkling clean with all amenities. We would definitely go back. We found the service to be great… staff was very friendly and the maids even did our dishes for us! We have no complaints and highly recommend.

Loud guests, very clean and comfortable room, was overcharged for room service and it was a pain to fix the issue, did not end up using the pool facilities as there were so many people there, not enough shade, too noisy, checking in took forever.

Great dining options, loved the palapas at the beach, my kids loved the pool, great system for towels, clean rooms and hotel in great condition. The hotel rooms could use a little decoration , kind of plain, but were clean and comfortable and suited our family’s needs. So enjoyed our two nights there after we checked out of our time share and wanted to extend our stay in PV. Wonderful experience, will go back for sure.

The property is huge with 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, beachfront access. It feels very safe. There is wait staff ready to take your order. The buffet for the all-inclusive was surprisingly good. I've been on cruiseships where the buffets are often unhealthy options. The kids enjoyed it immensely. The rooms were spacious and well set-up. Only critical feedback would be that they were doing construction on the property while we were there so there was some noise during the day, but it did not affect beach time or sleep time.

I really like the grounds and the fact that they had a tiger that you could get up close to was pretty amazing. The resort was private and very nice although very pricey. Food was marked up tremendously. Also downside was the check in time was approximately 30 minutes per person. A very antiquated system that needs updating yesterday. Overall, we did enjoy our stay. It was just some minor, like the check-in, the overpriced food and the quality of the mattress and sheets. Everything else was Pretty great.

The resort is nice, staff is friendly, excursions are a bit tough to get to because of the location. The boat rides were long!

Staff was very helpful and responsive.
We enjoyed the daily variety that was introduced into the buffet food selections, and overall the food was very enjoyable.
The cocktail options were great. I would like to see more options for beer choices though - it was just Grupo Modelo beers. It would be great to be able to sample some local / regional beers (Minerva, Indio, Los Cuentos, Cerveza Buclas, etc.)
Overall my family had a great experience!
