Room was clean, beds comfortable, front desk nice and efficient, breakfast area well managed. Felt safe.

Everything was clean and service was friendly, it was a good stay, no complaints.

It was perfect for a 1 night stay. Our room was very clean, comfy beds, great desk clerk. The hotel 6 next door was very noisey with someone blasting their car radio late.

A/C works fine., buy heat doesn't.

OK...so, here's the deal. It's a motel. So, with that said... It does what it's supposed to do: gives you a place to sleep, and keeps you dry and safe from the elements. The rooms are small, and the beds were fairly comfortable. The shower water pressure was super low (very low flow). So, showers take longer to rinse the soap (soft water makes more suds). The breakfast was OK. It does it's job, and provides sustenance. I would stay again if no other hotels were available. However, it would not be my first choice. So, if you need a place to stay for a price cheaper than the two places across the street, this is the place for you.

The room was very clean. Key cards weren’t very helpful, had to go to the front desk twice, to get them replaced. But both times front desk workers were very helpful & polite. Overall we were very pleased with our stay!

I stayed here because it was much cheaper than the place I usually stay. On family weekend at SFA, the hotels jack the prices way up. For what I paid, this was a great value. The room was clean and quiet and I just needed one night. Was it the sexiest hotel in town? No. But it did the job and I would go back, so I guess that’s a win.

Clean room and good location. The room had a slight smell and was humid but was fine for one night. The lady who checked us in was very nice. I might stay again.

We were evacuating from a hurricane and looking for a space to get away safely for a couple of days until we could return home. We wound up at the Best Western and couldn’t have been more pleased. Our room was spacious (we had a room with 3 beds for our large family!) and the beds were comfortable. The AC was ice cold and everyone slept great. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool because of the weather but it looked refreshing. We weren’t too far away from groceries or restaurants yet didn’t have a big city, lots of traffic feel. I didn’t catch the lady’s name at the front desk but she was so accommodating to me and my family and we couldn’t thank her enough. We hope to come back another time so we can really relax and do a little more exploring.

I needed to get off the road and get some rest. This hotel was in a good location on my route, and I was able to book it through my app. I had a ground floor room that was very clean, and had a comfortable bed. There was plenty of parking, and I was able to park right outside my door. The clerk, Jill, was very nice, and gave me a fork, spoon and napkins that I forgot to get when I picked up my food. The breakfast the next day was good also.

The foul smell of mold and mildew in the room was overwhelming. It wasn’t subtle. It was powerful and I’ve been sneezing ever since.

Always a great stay. Customer service is always good. We stay a few times a month , Our daughter is a Junior at SFA and she is in the LMB. This hotel is clean and comfortable and fairly easy to get to.

Always skeptical of motels (doors facing outside), but this location is always clean and the staff has always been so nice! Comfortable beds and a good breakfast!

No problems with property except the musty smell of the room. I think this is from the in-room A/C unit. The room stayed very humid, but it was cool enough.

Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. The towels are a bit thin and the water pressure in the sink was low.

I live locally. But decided to get a room for change of scenery to enjoy my husband’s birthday !!! Was told they have a “no locals policy “! They don’t rent rooms to people who live locally!! They claim it’s due to “undesirable behavior”!! How is this legal?

It was a nice room with a comfortable bed and a huge tv with a desk etc. it has outside entry, but the hotel was super quiet. Also, i enjoyed the breakfast.

It was clean and quiet. I didn't realize that it was a motel, with access from the street. This caused me some safety concerns; however the room was nice.

The bed were a little high and the shower I had when I had to change rooms was very very weak
