Room had bedbugs, and could have been cleaned better.

The property had a smell to it and as you enter the lobby you would see mattresses piled up to the ceiling they most probably were renovating and they wouldn't tell us why they were changing the mattresses

Hotel was under construction....should have been informed of this problem. The entrance was by blocked by cement and dry walls stacks of material. The lobby had over 200 mattresses stacked to the ceiling. You could not enter the pool from inside because to rolls of plastic material. dining area and every room except for the bottom 8 rooms was full of supplies and the base boards from the hall had already been removed. My room looked clean and ok but who knew if we were just a chance to con a few people for a last spending change. We left at day break. I was told at checkout at 7am that hotel had been sold. only in greedy America could you experience such a heartless con.....

Nice place to stay

This was a nice hotel. Very clean and friendly! They had a pool and jacuzzi. They were a bit small but my kids still enjoyed it. We would definitely stay here again. And they also have a good variety of things to eat for breakfast.

Dirty. Renovation and did not get receipt at check out. Charged for another night after checking out.

The stay was ok room was nice, upon arrival did not know about the renovation in progress. It would have been nice to know ahead of time. When arrive to check in the front desk clerk could have said “sorry for the renovation please let us know if we can do anything for you” she said nothing, she only said here is your key , on 3rd floor and th elevator is over there.

Staff is rude, need to update their policies online that they don’t take prepaid debit cards(as that’s all I use cuz I am not giving out my actual debit card info due to too many scams) not to mention tried running my card 4 times when I clearly stated I was payin at the property, thankfully my boyfriend didn’t mind using his debit card..construction goin on which was very inconvenient, hot tub had way to much chemicals in it, pool was literally FREEZING COLD! Cudnt open the curtains and feel comfortable due to people lurking around on the back of the property. Lights hanging off the walls, molding away from the walls at the bottom..it was not a pleasant stay! Checking out the staff was even more rude than the lady that checked us in..needless to say I WILL NOT BE BACK!!

Amazing

The hotel was under renovation and the workers did not care if they were being noisy and rude. The ‘breakfast’ consisted of frozen burritos and frozen breakfast sandwich. No bagels or toast

Nothing very unsafe atmosphere

Arrived at 2:30pm, The hotel arrival area was blocked by construction material and worker. It was raining hard we parked and ran to front door. I had requested early check in. I was told it would be $20 extra to check in 30 minutes before the 3pm check in time. I just had eye surgery. I was dripping wet. The lobby area was full of construction material as well. I decided to wait the 30 minutes before checking in, waiting in the lobby. Once in the room, tv/cable was out never repaired while we were there. Parking was limited do to construction vehicles. Lobby floor was slick due to rain, no warning and no attempt to remove the risk of someone falling. Customer service was not practiced.

Hotel is currently under construction- lobby area is torn up and only accessible through a side door; paint fumes and dust in hallways. The room itself was okay

Sorry breakfast, I was very disappointed!
I completed the online sign in only to be asked again at the front desk to repeat everything that I had written.

Liked the waffles, hated the cold water in the pool.

For the price, this was a very good hotel.
A little tricky getting into the parking lot, but not a big deal.
Parking was tight and we had to park in reserved spaces.

Pool had too much chlorine which burns the eyes. Couldn't enjoy the pool. Expected a better breakfast.

Beyond my expectations. Nicely decorated, well maintained, more high-end. For price I expected a clean bed and shower as i was caught in a storm and stopped unexpectedly for a cheap room. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. Pet friendly. Good experience.

Everything was exceptional!

It was in a good location to the interstate and quiet

Parking was convenient. Heavy traffic makes exiting a challenge at times. Otherwise, it is a good place to stay.

Only thing I would recommend was for the front desk lady to have offered a more reasonable price for the rooms. We didn’t have reservations due to driving as far south in Texas as we could and being unsure of where we would end our day. Anyway I seen online that prices were 65-70 dollars a night. She offered me a room for $140.00… needless to say I booked online and came back in. Rooms were clean, beds ok and breakfast was good.

They are in the process of updating the building but we would stay there again. The breakfast was much to talk about but did the job.
