The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. It was a very nice looking room as well, as to the furniture, bathroom fixture etc.... I would recommend!
1.5 / 5.0
The room was okay. There was visible mold in the bathroom/bathtub. I didn't have any plastic bags for the trash cans (not sure if thats standard at this location). The staff and receptionist were outstanding and incredibly kind. The hotel had good location. But having mold in the bathtub was incredibly gross. The beds were already really hard for my personal preference.

Nice location and plenty of parking. Walkable to nice restaurants, unique shopping and pretty parks.
Our first time going to the racetrack and it was super fun. Dinner at the golf course was beautiful.

Big hotel. Zero atmosphere

The room was not well maintained, the bathroom sink was falling off the wall and the room was not what we expected from a Brand name chain

Great location, quiet rooms, convenient Bistro (with very helpful staff), warm pool yet close to the action of downtown Saratoga.

Like the convenience to shopping and restaurants: did not like the fact that they allow pets: there was dog poop in the elevator and hallway which grossed me out

Thought it was supposed to be upscale but rooms old and much walking to get around

Staff was very helpful and friendly and great with directions around town.

Great stay, room was clean & spacious. Never the cheapest place to stay (Hiltons in general), but we really enjoyed our visit to Saratoga thanks in large part to the Hilton. Staff was great too!

Property is well located but very tired. Paid triple normal rate due to holiday weekend but so not worth the money

We were in an odd way down the hall - another wing of the property that felt grungy with an old elevator that was turtle speed. Our room with King size bed was spacious, but the set up and decor was cold and not inviting. Did not try their bistro restaurant.

The Jamaican woman at the check-in counter was nasty and full of wrong information. The other young lady that checked us in was fabulous. The restaurant food was disappointing (especially breakfast).

It was great except air conditioning would not go lower than 64. Did not sleep well..

Good location in Saratoga. Cookie cutter hotel room with bad lighting and getting shabby. You can see where they are cutting corners and trying tisane every penny. But the staff was unfailingly pleasant and helpful.

The bar can be improved. Service was slow and the bartender was inattentive.

Excellent location, spacious rooms. Lovely staff

The hotel def needs a refurbish and it was so dark, with dark colors for rug and furnishings and not much natural light. The first room that we were assigned to was a handy accessible room that had dirt on windows and that room was even darker than the one was ended staying in, we were not impress considering that Hilton is a brand I usually trust to have a higher standard.

Location is great, to be able to walk easily to all downtown Saratoga, and Trolley takes you right from hotel to the track..was super convenient. Hotel is however, badly in need of an update

Everything was great except the elevators could use some updating. Some of the buttons didnt light up and it took a while to get from one floor to the next

Old and dated property that is way overpriced. Have stayed here many times but this will be the last. Had 2 rooms, one had dirt all over the blanket and the other one you could write your name in the dust. One room very noisy and you could hear every door slamming. Other room next to people who had a fight, no security seen. Dreadful.

This hotel is in a great area, walking distance to a lot attactions and restaurants.
However, the rooms and public areas are filthy. We checked into one room to find the carpet stained and then the toilet and sink visibly dirty. The manager at the front desk was helpful and thankfully sounded surprised. So she found us another room on the same floor. This one was also visibly dirty. The toilet and sink were dirty. The carpte was stained. There was a hole in the wall as you entered and a dirty bandaid on the floor in the bathroom. As we walked around in the lobby area, we saw that the ceiling was in disrepair and the carpets were also filthy.
We had to stay the night because we had an event that night in the area. Otherwise we would have checked out immediately. The hotel/expedia only refunded us for the night that we didn't stay which given the condition of the property is unacceptable.

The front desk, locked personality, didn’t feel welcomed in anyway. The pool should’ve been heated. It’s an indoor pool so it gets no sun would’ve been nice if there was an outdoor pool for the summertime, or at least the Jacuzzi. Love the area, The room was very nice I don’t understand why there wouldn’t be a make up mirror not an expensive fix.
