The rooms are spacious, the king beds are very comfortable, and there is very little noice despite being next door to busy I-405. The hotel provides free parking, but the parking lots are often full at bedtime which can be a challenge. The hotel does not have a restaurant, thus no breakfast included in the room price, but there is a Denny’s on the property, open 24/7.

Can not complain at all about my stay. It was quiet and I slept well. Checking In was easy as was checking out. No complaints and i would stay here again.

We had a couple problems with the room, but they were resolved very quickly. It is a on a very busy street, but southproofed pretty well. There’s a Denny’s restaurant attached so no free breakfast.

This is a very well kept BW. A nice place to stay, convenient to Dennys. It was also convenient to my in-laws house, the reason we were there. Its in the middle of Van Nuys, right next to the freeway. Outside the property its noisy with tons of traffic. Not a particularly nice neighborhood, but safe enough. Inside our room, it was quiet, the landscaping on the property very well kept.

I paid for what i thought was everything in advanced. Once i checked in, they added an additional $12 fee for parking that i didnt appreciate. When i pay at a hotel room, i expect to pay all fees up front. Why would a hotel like this one have any reason to believe that guests arent going to park their vehicles at their facility? The whole thing felt dishonest, and i wouldnt come back.

I had a question during the check-in process that the front guest staff was unable to answer. They got the manager who was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. He seemed annoyed to have been asked to interact with a guest. Very unwelcoming start to a very underwhelming stay.

Check in took extremely long, over 20 minutes it was after 8 pm and there was 2-3 people ahead of me. The front desk clerk blamed his slow system and although he was very nice, he was kind of awkward. The property was very large and the rooms were hard to find, we had a room that didn’t really correspond with a floor, so it took us a while of getting in and out of elevators and looking around before finding our room. Also even though the property was remodeled it was done poorly. This area just isn’t very nice for what we were charged we had view of an apartment complex across the street in not very nice area.

This property was close to where we needed to be. Only complaint was the door. Had to slam the door in order for it to be closed. Otherwise, you just pushed it open. I did not latch.

The layout is a bit unusual but they have everything you need, swimming pool, hot tub at a different section, fridge, microwave and dining at Denny's right on site was good. The staff and customer service was excellent! When there's something not right they make sure to take care of it well and always thrive to satisfy customers. One suggestion, they should get rid of the automatic door between the elevator and the room section, it makes loud noise and unnecessary. Should stay away from the room next to that door. All rooms should be well maintained equally. Will definitely stay here again.

The check in receptionist didn’t seem to friendly or happy. It would have been nice yo have been greeted with a smile & felt welcomed. But it was just a matter of fact kind of attitude. Plus when we got to our room the microwave we requested was not in the room. We reminded him that we had requested one and he said, “it should be in there”. But it was not. So we called the front desk to let him know this. He seemed bothered by ys asking about it at first and there was nothing he could do about it and I mentioned but we requested way in advance and his response wasn’t very encouraging but then said let me see what I can do. Longer story short we got a knock on the door and got a microwave, but all if that could have been avoided if it had been in our room as promised.

Everything good ,besides the room smell, and that they charge me 2 day parking, but with that 80 dollars deposit for any damage , they said they will return the money when i checkout, and nothing is broke , They haven't said anything besides thank you for your stay , but no money return and is been like amost a week...

The front desk staff are polite, efficient, and knowledgeable, very helpful. I had an issue with the TV not turning on and maintenance was dispatched right away and helped me. Checkout is noon, which was great, so many places now have 10am or 11am checkout. I live locally and my family had to get a hotel for the night due to having a shower reglazed, which made our home uninhabitable for the evening, it was easy to book and pay through the app. Great experience.

Room was cleaned well, although housekeeping staff forgot to replenish supplies (hot beverage) occasionally. Front desk employees were helpful. There was a $12 per day parking fee that I did not know about until I checked in, and the breakfast coupons for Denney’s are no longer given for your stay, so the price was not as good as it was before. I have stayed there several times before but will consider other places in the future.

We arrived about 7:00pm. I don’t know if they gave us the last room which was next to the highway or our punishment for booking thru ORBITZ. It was really noisy after 5AM.
