Great stay- quick check-in, clean room, and plenty of parking.

After you guys charged me for the room at check in the hotel ALSO charged me for the room!

Our room was very old. The bathroom has seen its days. sained wallpaper and even the picture in the frame had stains in it. The location was good for what we wanted.
The price for this old of a room was just too much.

I have stayed at this facility a few times. The only thing I can say is something they can’t really solve and that is signage back to the interstate. I wasted a lot of time trying to get back to 81.
I stay here because it’s at the intersection of interstates and because it has a restaurant. The Waite staff in the restaurant was outstanding.

Stayed 1 night while dropping my son at school. The area isn’t the greatest but it is what it is. The hotel and staff made it a great stay!

My 15 year old son went down to the lobby to purchase snacks from the pantry & got stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes. We discovered the elevator issue is an ongoing/ recurring problem - no warning was posted.
I chose this location based on the information from Hotel.com - which included a pool - the pool was out of service & this greatly impacted or hotel leisure time.

Overall, It's safe, clean and quiet with indoor gym and swimming pool. But, no free Breakfast is really incovinient.

Very nice and cozy 👍👍👍

First time in Binghamton and we picked the hotel based on location and parking. Comfortable room but there should be more working electrical plugs. Also wishing there would be a small table to put down glasses, etc on both sides of the bed. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work but there was coffee available in the lobby.

Good but older! Good ppl that is what counts!

Our room was very clean and quiet. The hair dryer didn’t work properly and the bedding was a bit too much for summer temps. Lighter blanket option would be nice. Otherwise a pleasant overnight. Oh, and the cookies were delish.

It was an overnight stay on our way home from visiting relatives.

Easy to find, clean and friendly staff

Pool was closed. One elevator out of service. Sink in bathroom wouldn’t drain. Room cleanliness was questionable at best. Front desk staff acted as if they were inconvenienced by our arrival. Never stay here.

Worst Hilton property across the continent. Broken bathrooms, dirty floors, tired property, overcrowded elevator (one only) , closed pool , short staffed, rude and unfriendly front desk, tired cafe staff barely able to keep their act together…..they’re probably better off shutting this one down !

I think this Doubletree needs some updating. Our bathroom was pretty icky. The door was sticky and dirty with visible brown (I’m hoping) brown makeup on it near the handle, the entire shower handle lever system is unstable and moves as though it’s going to come off. The water pressure was great though! The pillows on the bed were great too so those are two positives! From what I understand it’s the best of the hotel options in town.

Nice place but pool out of order

We selected this hotel because they have EV charging but it did not work and we still had to go to a supercharger station!

First of all Pool was closed, but was advertised on website that it had a pool. Nothing on the website about it being closed. But it’s getting resurfaced .. very unfortunate.
Tv didn’t work. Had to call to get it fixed. Box had to be reset.
Then fire alarm went off at 1am and had to evacuate the building for 30 mins.. overpriced breakfast

We asked for daily room service which was not what we expected. Sheets were not changed daily. We ate some snacks in bed which the house keeper just folded the same old sheets up, so we slept in crumbs. Hmmmm? Really just gave us fresh towels and wiped the sink. Not my idea of cleaning. The bedding was lovely and plush though. The chairs were hard as rocks and not inviting. Overall a fairly decent hotel for the area. A bit overpriced but the staff for the most part were accommodating and helpful.

Nice hotel but Binghamton is a poor and homely town. The hotel seems like an oasis in Binghamton and certainly the unattractive surrounding area.

Enjoyed our stay at this property, I would definitely recommend. Rooms were clean, staff were great and friendly. Only downfall during our stay was the pool and hot tub facilities were closed.

I went to the town and found there were a lot of stores abandoned.

Location not particularly good

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and there were a lot of restaurants in walking distance and one on the property. The only draw back was the hotel bar was only open until 10pm.

The bathroom was majorly lacking in design. It had one short towel bar and just a hand towel rack by the sink. A TON of handle bars and one behind the toilet which made no sense at all. No where to keep bath towels. When we got into the room, one towel hung on the towel rack and one was leaning against the wall behind the toilet gave it the appearance that they were not fresh towels for a new customer. The towels felt like sandpaper. The toilet paper was just about empty and looked like it had just been used. No extra roll. There was not a single hook to allow for a garment bag to hang without touching the floor in the room. No where to hang a full length dress at all. Not even in the closet. The closet door didn’t close. The closet was poorly designed. The exterior of the shower looked like someone forgot to grout the seams. The tub was not the cleanest. The AC worked but the room just had a stale smell. Not impressed with the room at all. Oh, and walked into the room and the black out blinds were totally closed and it was very dark in the room. Never walked into a hotel room with the black out curtains all shut and totally dark room before. Will not be staying there again.

Stayed for a weekend wedding and all went well enough. Staff was super helpful hardworking and running a tight ship! Building itself could use an update. I left my charging block at home and the room had no USB charger stations. Bathroom had a nightlight installed and it took up half of the outlet, couldn’t dry my hair well because the plug didn’t go all the way in and one outlet in the bathroom while trying to get ready for a wedding wasn’t great. The desk area had an extension cord for I’m still not sure what but it was another outlet I couldn’t fully access while looking for a place to blowdry while my hair curler heated up in the bathroom. Staff kept the location very clean but the air ducts had visible mold in it which made for nasty breathing. I think the website should note that the tub/shower shown in the picture is only for what they called “The Soaking Suite”. Pool wasn’t very accessible as it’s part of the athletic club off the back which made me sad to miss out on a sauna session. Not many other options in Binghamton so the Hilton has the customer base, can’t imagine they’ll update anytime soon after seeing how ravaged the city is as a whole.

The Double Tree Hilton in Binghamton was a lovely hotel to stay at. It was always clean and quiet and the staff were helpful. The restaurant and bar on site was great along with the small shop to buy snacks and medicines etc
