The ENTIRE staff were so excellent! Very friendly and warm. Place felt like a cozy beach hotel. The breakfast is awesome and is always stocked and includes a great view. In a great location as well to cities and activities as well. You should stay here :)

We came to the area for a Class Reunion. Thought it would be a good idea to upgrade our room and get a Jacuzzi Tub Suite. It was so disappointing- the condition and look of this poor jacuzzi tub, we were unable to get past it and did not use the tub at all. Our room was questionable for n it cleanliness and I fell like I did not want to walk barefoot on the carpet. Over priced and unfortunately the condition of this property is lacking horribly.

This is a nice hotel with a nice river view. We enjoyed the omelet bar for breakfast and the bar and resturaunt has good food, even though its a bit pricier than other resturaunts in town.

I’ve been staying here since I was a kid. This hotel is great. Always great staff, facilities, clean room and ample parking. Definitely the best place to stay in Moses Lake.

The property is huge but the breakfast area couldn't keep up with the weekend crowd. I also think it is weird that they stop a weekend breakfast at 9AM especially at the price point. The room was okay but our phone was broken (only cared because we tried to call for a blanket). My husband and I like a firm bed with a little cushion and the one in our room was rock hard.

This hotel was decent. The only issue was that we found two rather large spiders in our bathroom, one each day that we stayed there. Otherwise, it was clean and nice. We didn’t end up trying the breakfast either day.

I reserved a lake-front room and was given a room facing the parking lot. It was on the end of the building, farthest from the main lobby and closest to the freeway. It was on the bottom floor, and the sliding glass door to the outside was broken and did not close all the way, let alone lock. The interior of the room was "nice;" cheap flipper remodel nice. I didn't stay. The line at the front desk was long when I went to turn in my key, so I put it on the counter and left.

Front desk clerks were very friendly and helped with reservations so I didn’t have to check out and change rooms with two separate reservations. View during the summer with the sunsets over the lake were amazing. Breakfast was great and had a variety of choices! Would definitely stay again!

This hotel was a great value. It had a wonderful view of the lake. The staff (Mary and Connor) were patient and extremely courteous and helpful. And the best part was breakfast! It was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had.
