I agree with some of the other reviews on here. The pool was cloudy & was dirty. Our room had a dirty shower & sink. The hallway smelled like mold. I’ve stayed at other Ramada hotels before & it was way better than this one. The grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I would show photos but It’s not letting me share photos.

Hotel needs to state they are not ADA compliant. We checked in with a child in a wheel chair and our room was on the third floor without an elevator. The night manager tried to fix the problem but we had no solution other than to pack our 16 year old daughter up the stairs. Needs to be noted in booking that this hotel is not ADA

Solid 4 stars. One star removed just from my check in experience, rest was really good.
Very little was explained to me during check in. I was given an option of "top floor or bottom floor" and because I had a van full of stuff, which I said to the person checking me in, I opted for the bottom floor, just for ease of hauling a bunch of stuff with a toddler and a teenager. I was told I could use the front door or "the little glass door on the side" while pointing generally in the direction of the other lobby door.
I unloaded all the things to a luggage cart, entered through the lobby and looked for an elevator.
No elevator. Looked out front for a glass door, nothing but the one for the lobby.
They meant the side door on the far side of the building.
The side door, with a curb and no ramp, the side door that leads to more stairs up or down.
Just a simple explanation while checking in would have kept me from unloading in the carport and wandering around with a luggage cart that I could not use.
I don't care that my view was a bush at ground level, I don't care that the people above me were knocking on the floor like the cops at 9pm, not the properties fault. Just the extra step to explain the layout of the property at check in would have kept me from writing an essay.

Staff is absolutely amazing. Made our trip hassle free and accommodating.

Run down. Carpet on main floor needs major cleaning. Windows between pool and lobby was the most unimpressive part because it’s right there. Not sure why they didn’t clean them daily.
Breakfast, staff and beds were terrific!

Not bad. Clean, but quite outdated. The beds were definitely not queen sized beds like it said online. Way too small for two adults.

Upon arrival, we had a quick check in. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator so we were asked what floor we wanted, so didn’t have to use stairs. One room key didn’t work so upon checking with the office it was determined that the key pad was bad, so maintenance worked on that for a while, went away for a while, then came back around our bed time to replace.
We used the pool. It was fine. Small pool, and not much area for my 7 ye old granddaughter to play since she only plays in a pool where she can touch. Heavily chlorinated water too. She and I eventually left so she could just take a hot bath.
Beds were good. Bathroom was tiny. Vanity in the main room.
Breakfast was good. Potatoes, eggs, waffles, meat, biscuits and gravy, as well as a typical continental breakfast. Good coffee.
I would probably use the hotel again, if passing through.
