The room was big! However it was not panoramic!! The furniture in the room was chipped and broken!! Room had a smell to it. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Bath tub was huge and deep however it wasn’t that clean. The bathroom had hairs all around it. They need to upgrade the rooms!!

Good hotel but the discrimination I experienced when dealing with the morning group of workers was out of this world. I had to stay here because a pipe burst in my home causing water damage. I checked in the night of the 26th with a hotel manager using my prepaid debit card because I don’t do banks. Everything went smooth. Myself and my 3 children AND dog checked in. Used my card had no issues. I ended up needing to extend my stay, in which morning crew said I would have to rebook it and do it as a new check in still but would be able to keep my room. They said I had until 2 pm to do so in which I dropped my kids off went to work and rebooked the room. I called to verify and when I came down on my break from work to put my card on file Valerie I believe her name was at the front desk before even checking my reservation told me I had to wait 30 min because it probably didn’t come in yet. I asked if she could check which she did and lo and behold my reservation (already paid for) was there. We proceeded to check in and it just seems like she was doing the most to hold up my check in. I sat at that desk for 30 min while she searched online the type of cards they can accept mind you I just used a prepaid card for the room I still at this point currently had, checking with other staff, asking the manager. Just for them to tell me that they can’t take my card because it was a prepaid card. Literally the same type of card I used previously now less than 24 hours later was a problem.

Couldn't check in until the next morning. They reinstated our stay after cancelling it as a no show. The result was getting charged a higher rate. Hotels.com got them to process a refund for parking. All I wanted was to pay the original amount agreed to. Made a bad night even worse.

They’re doing construction right next door but it’s not too loud. There’s a lot of dirt whirling around though. There’s good places around and it’s right by the 10 freeway. I felt safe and the stay was great

First night was great second night couldnt get no extra towels staff were rude went to the food place for breakfast they didnt let us know they were closing in 10 min we had to hurry to eat our cold.old food and were rushed paid for two people

The drain in the bathtub did not drain. The bed mattress was so bad that my husband had to sleep in the other bed because he kept falling towards the edge of the bed. Then we were awakened at 7:45 by housekeeping staff who did not speak any English. We are handicapped but had to pay $12 for parking. Have been on trip for two weeks. This was our worst experience with hotel.

When we got there, the lady at the front desk said she didn’t have our reservation. She advices us to contact Hotels.com. We did. Customer service was quick to contact the hotel and got things squared away.

The property itself was not too bad but the staff gave conflicting information. It's been an ordeal getting charged for what desk staff said was already paid for. One person said that breakfast was included for being a gold member if I chose that option or 1000 points. Another said that only $15 was taken off for breakfast. One staff said that parking was included in my stay. At checkout, my credit card was charged for parking.

They check my room number, and they don't have my number to have breakfast. We have make a line to check our names, and if they don't have our room number in the list, you look like a cheater to have breakfast. Very awful.
