Friendly staff, good location, large unit except for bathroom which is very cramped. Included breakfast is basic: juice, fruit, yogurt muffin, coffee or tea

Fortunate to end up in the Penthouse - staff were GREAT. Great location in the Village đ

The staff was super friendly. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. The buidling itself is a little outdated but that can be overlooked because the of amenities and location.

Housekeeping called me a derogatory name in Spanish. I reported it.

Stayed in a newly renovated room and it was beautiful, like a little apartment with a separate bed and living room. Not all rooms are renovated yet but this one had been on the third floor. Great location with lots to do within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and super helpful.

Fantastic stay, clean, asked for for extra towels and they were delivered instantly.

A superb stay. From booking to check out it was extremely well organised and efficient.
Danny on Reception checked me into a beautiful room complete with fireplace.
He was extremely kind, helpful and efficient.
His customer services skills were excellent and I received 5 star service from him.
The room was huge and had everything I could have wished for. Very well appointed.
The hotel is in a great location with everything you could need nearby.
I thoroughly look forward to staying here again.

It's not high end but it was very clean, rooms are weirdly huge, like little one-bed apartments... maybe I got lucky?
Staff were nice and genuinely helpful. It's a nice enough area as well, it has some significance to the Toronto LGBT community, a couple sneaky good restaurants, and a convenience store right across the street. I was here for work and no desk so less than ideal but can't really hold that against them, but if you are working maybe go somewhere else

The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful. Smooth quick check in, qreat help with some small print jobs, storage of luggage at checkout, arranging a flat fee extremely comfortable taxis to the airport, etc. The room we were in had been revived and looked much like the photos. Comfortable bed, spacious unit, full size fridge, etc.

I would have given 5* but at 5:40am. There was loud noise coming from floor above which prevented me from sleeping

Rooms were nice but a bit out dated. Rooms could use some painting, dirty in some places, toilet tank cover broken and insecure. Fridge was noisy due to intake air vent very filthy . Staff very friendly. Location was great, a lot stores and restaurants nearby.

Room was very nice...living room area...kitchen all appliances needed. There were dishes and cutlery for 2 people. Bed was very firm but have found that to be the case with most hotels we have slept in.

Firstly the staff were incredible! Helping us navigate around Toronto and helping us with any queries. Credit to their service.
That said⌠the room itself wasnât clean, needed a redecorate asap! Paint flaking off walls, dirty on walls, skirting boards throughout the appartment were disgusting with dirt. Clean bedding and towels however the room, corridors and elevators all need a serious redecoration. I realise it will get some traffic but honestly a quick wipe over the skirting and where previous guests have spilt things on the walls wouldnât take much.
Also we had a balcony however it was locked with a key and we were never given a key to use.
Loved a laundry after packing light for a 12 day trip to Canada however huge holes in the ceiling in the basement and laundry area!
Great location with two metro stations close by.
If you redecorate then we would stay again.

Room was great and well laid out. Bed was super uncomfortable and very noisy with regular movements while sleeping. The worst was that the gym was located directly above our penthouse suite room and the slamming of weights first thing in the morning was unnecessary. Made it very unpleasant. The bed combined with the gym noise drops the experience of the stay considerably.

The hotel is very well located, the employees were great and enthusiast to see me upon arrival, the room was very spacious and there even was a dishwasher in the room. The bedroom has its own room so you can close the door to prevent the noise from the hall. The place was clean, not sparkling clean but above expectations. I am very happy with my stay and recommend this Hotel.

Area of town, the bed was hard on the back. Lots of slamming doors.
Beautiful room, everything you need.
Great service and very friendly staff.

Better stay this time - 6th floor two-bedroom suite had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While this unit was in better shape, there are still things that need to be taken care of (window cranks, vent fan between bedrooms, ceiling in shower, paint). And why have patios if you can't use them?
Grab and go breakfast is ridiculous - there's a coffee urn, a jug of OJ, grocery store muffins, apples and oranges. End of list. Save yourself the disappointment and bring something to cook upstairs.

This is a one bedroom apartment in Toronto. It has a nice location. I went to go to a lot of different places. Also the okay part of town. That's right next to us, and the metro. Is there too I have to believe that the department of God was not completely finished? The fidden finish was pretty. The apartment still. Been freshly painted but had not been aired out from the paint. That was there, so it stunk. There is only one outlet that is by 1 side of the bed. There could be 2 as in most places for people to have seepap machines and other machines. And and by their other, the staff was great. They helped as much as it possible. Could they brought up extension cords? And had done as much as they could with the room that we had. They had asked if we wanted to have a different room. But the other room was in the same condition and smelled. The same and still did not have plugged. It was by the other side of the bed. So it's not a apart/hotel that I would probably go back to again. I would look for something else more to put together

Great location beside village and also short walk to shops on Boule street. Building needs some serious TLC as paint âbubblingâ on walls, carpets jaded & clumps of dust in corners erc

A clean, big room; Very friendly staff; in a great location with lots of restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel to people who are not familiar with Toronto.

We had a quick 2 night stay in Toronto on route to a family function on P.E.I. After reading some good reviews for Town Inn Suites Hotel, we decided to book a suite with a king size bed. The suite was a good size and nicely appointed. The bed comfortable and we were pleased that there were 2 T.V. In the suite. My husband and I were able to enjoy some down time and watch our own programmes as 1 T.V was in the bedroom and one in the living area.
We were out for the entire day walking to
Shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our urban mini vacation on a beautiful fall day. The hotel served a continental breakfast ( from 5:00 am- 9:00am) which included coffee, tea, muffins, yogurt and fruit. We were pleased that this was included in the daily price for our suite. It was a terrific start to our day that we were able to get something quick to eat, and then later brunch at a nearby restaurant. The suite had a large refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, stove and oven if hotel guests wished to prepare their own meals. We enjoyed our stay and we would recommend this hotel. We hope to return during our next visit to Toronto

The room was rund down and far from clean. Vents super dirty, blowing with dust. Balcony locked permantly. Dirty floor. Unpleasant. Customer service unfriendly and not flexible. I highly not reccomend. I will never book this place again. As a person who is a frequent traveller- one of the worst places I stayed at. Very expensive as for lack of comfort and cleanliness.
5.0
The staff was super friendly and helpful, will definitely stay again! My room was marketed as 2 double beds, but there was another room with a king bed on top of that... It was a bonus but confusing at the same time

We loved the location, space, cleanliness and home feel the Town Inn Suites provided. We will definitely like to stay there again.

The staff at the front desk were friendly. The room was musty smelling and needed to be aired out. Not all the windows opened and the door to the balcony was locked.
Bathroom, while functional, needs a lot of maintenance - fan, tile, flow valve on the tub faucet all need attention.
Also, dinnerware should reflect the maximum number of occupants.

Everything was ok, except the bed. It was uncomfortable and bouncy. My shoulders hurt and I woke up frequently to shift position.
4.0
Everything was great, full kitchen with stove. Only thin is the bed wasn't that comfortable. And balcony could not access, even though it was there.
