Excellent location to catch an early morning flight

Overall, the facilities were old and it was very cold because there was no heating, and the shower water pressure was very old and low.

It was as expected, the service was really great!

Excellent stop over for myflight back to florida. I got sick from my previous flight and i had good room service to help hwal me back. the room was comfortable and the service was excellent - kudos to the bell hops who helped me and my husband back to the airport. The care really made it easy for my elderly husband and I. Thanks Hilton!!

When my late-night flight got canceled, it was wonderful to have an easy location to rest before my early flight the next morning. However, my shower didn't drain, there was an obnoxious built-in too-bright night light that I had to figure out how to cover, and an outlet that didn't work, so my laptop didn't charge.

Hotel is very dated- needs an upgrade. hVAC is very old- couldn’t run the heat or the fan. Bathroom was very cramped.

Perfect location for late night arrivals or layovers. Good restaurant, open late. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall nice sized rooms, clean but getting a bit worn.

The convenience is the best if you need to stay near the airport! The lobby and amenities for food are good. The room is very outdated. That’s the only drawback for me.

exactly what you want in an at-airport hotel: walk between the terminal and the hotel. The tram that runs between terminals is directly across from the hotel. A bit pricey, but this is what I save up travel rewards points for.

My husband and I stay here every time we fly .The check in is easy and the front staff is friendly. This visit we were surprised to see wireless charging stations on the bedside tables. This was wonderful for us to charge our phones.

Perfect place to overnight near the airport. Had an overnight layover, walked to the hotel from terminal 2 in less than 10 minutes. Leaving the next morning was super easy too.
Comfortable bed.
In room tv does not get ABC, NBC, or CBS - so missed some sporting events, but worth it for theconvenience

Great that it’s connected to the airport, but this hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. Ok dining options in the hotel.

I love digital key feature of Hilton App. When my flight was delayed to midnight around 1AM, I could still check in remotely and got in my room without any issue. The only thing I don’t like is it is really hard to find food at night in this hotel.

Would stay again

The Ohare Hilton while nice and convenient it is not somewhere you more than likely would stay for more than a couple night's. The room rate is exorbitant for the lack of services. The rooms are nothing special at $200 a night and good luck if you want to eat on the property. Parking? Forget it unless you are using an economy lot. The redeeming feature of the hotel is its convenience to Ohare.

Very nice and clean. The breakfast is also good.

We had a corner room which seemed great until all the windows pointed toward the airport and was extremely loud. The food and drinks at the grill downstairs weren’t great and the room we had was really old and dingy.

Expecting a bit nicer, newer hotel. Need upgrade and also surprised to see that no pool anymore

It's the only hotel at O'Hare, and super convenient to stay, leave luggage as needed, and train into the city during a long layover. The hotel is huge and sometimes the lobby gets overwhelmed for check in, but folks are reasonably friendly and the place is pretty efficient. Rooms are quiet, even overlooking the runways.

I had a heavy suitcase that did not roll. There wasn't a shuttle, so getting there was rough. Otherwise, the hotel was good.

They allowed me to check-in early and check-out late at reasonable fee. Great location if you have an early flight!

nothing there in that small room except a bed and few towers. Two people only on paper cup offered.

Super convenient to ORD (no airport shuttle required)! The Gaslight Club was great for dinner.

It is too expensive for a transit hotel in which people are coming and going for minimal hours.
O’Hare needs this to be a more basic hotel at a better price.

Heater was Broken- Poor Lighting- Towels are cheap. It felt like staying at a motel.
The only reason they are in business is the location. In the airport, very close to term 3 and I would stay again only because of this.
But other Hiltons at other airports I have stayed at (Several) Are great so only if I need to go to chicago for a layover I would stay but I would not attempt to fly to chicago period if possible.
