Bottom sheet didn’t fit so sleep interrupted several times to remake the bed. No soap in room. Soap was supplied when I went to the desk. Lack is rest put a damper on the trip.

Room was good except you need to provide microwave and frig. We stay in Hampton Inns all along our route and some have and some don’t. It needs to be consistent and provide them.
Otherwise quiet and comfortable.

We came to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and it was definitely worth the drive there! The staff (especially Amy) was AMAZING. Breakfast was really good as well. Only complaints we have is the sofa bed wasn’t comfortable at all but it was good enough for our short stay! If we are ever in that area again, we will definitely be booking the King Suite! Great nighttime view of the airport runway as well!

I have used Hotels.com many times. This was, by far, the worst check-in experience I've ever had.
I reserved a block of 8 rooms and a block of 4 rooms. I had to put a name for each room. When we arrived at the hotel, they could not find all the rooms under my name. I didn't know I'd need each name for check-in.
I had used my CC to reserve the rooms, but was using another CC to pay. They required me to run the other CC twelve separate times in order to switch. That's crazy!!
What should have taken 10 min ended up taking 30 min!

Ended up having to stay a second day. Was charged twice as much as the first night and never told what the amount was. Ended up being charged for 3 nights and never even got a receipt. Hair all over the shower. Would not recommend

From check-in to check-out, our stay was exceptionally good. Our room had hinged doors on the closet and bathroom, not the sliding doors that we find at some Hampton properties. It did not have a refrigerator or microwave, but we did fine without them. It had a nice selection of tea, both in the room and in the dining area. Our room was very clean and very quiet, with good beds. The bathroom was smaller than some, but roomy enough with good fixtures. When we checked out, I told the reception clerk that this was the third night of a three night trip, and we saved the best for last.

Room was booked and paid for one month in advance. A ground-floor room was requested at that time. I checked in at 3:05 and was given Room 247, which is on the second floor in the far back corner of the hotel. I was shocked to find that a $200 per night room has no refrigerator or microwave. When I requested a different room, I was informed that there were none available. The manager on duty, Anna Fenwick, offered to bring a refrigerator to our room for an additional $10 charge! Ms. Fenwick stated there were no microwaves available. Hampton Inn will no longer be my choice of hotel and I will inform all of my friends so they can avoid the Hilton properties. To make matters worse, I used my rewards to book this awful stay.

I had a very early flight asked when I check in about the airport Shuttel
And confirmed a 4:30am ride to the airport, confirmed it twice before going to bed. I arrived in the lobby at 4:25am asked the clerk about my shuttle, she informed me that there was no one on duty to provide the service I had requested and reconfirmed 2 more times. Had to call an Uber and wait 20 minutes for a ride.
The only reason I chose this hotel was because it had a shuttle and didn't want to stress about getting a ride that early in the morning in such a small town
Bottom line is I paid way more than I had to for a hotel that didn't provide the service they said they would and on top of that had to pay for an Uber
Witch made the hotel in my option suck
Will never stay here or probably in another Hilton property again

Stayed here twice within 1 week (due to flights). Receptionists were so nice and even remembered to apply my membership. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds/bedding and had functioning everything (ac, tv, shower, etc.).

The hotel is very convenient to the airport. The room is large and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good but not great. Our room had not been well-maintained - the refillable bottles of body wash and conditioner were both empty. And the fellow who checked us in sent us to an elevator that was not functioning due to construction work.

Wonderful hotel. Great for families. Only issue was booked the hotel for 5 people and found there was no pullout sofa in the room or rollaway. Ended up having to buy an air mattress as they had no other rooms available. Not a big deal though. They were very apologetic and very willing to help. Will most definitely stay here again!
