When they offer the upgraded Wi-Fi. Take it. Bed was much too soft for my liking

Convenient location to good restaurants.
Front desk personnel could not find my name nor confirmation # in her system, because I used a 3rd party to book my room (her words) even though I had the confirmation email. She also refused to award me points for being a Hilton Honors Member because I used a 3rd party instead of booking directly, her words.I finally noticed that my last name was shown as my first name on the confirmation and had her check her system again which finally pulled up my reservation, according to her. She was not helpful at all and needs work on customer service skills. The larger nicer room I had chosen through Booking.com was not available on the Hilton app even though I'm a Hilton Honors member which is why I reserved the room via Booking.com. Regardless of what site I used to reserve my room, I should receive my points as a member; otherwise, I don't see the point and will no longer waste my time with this company if I'm not valued as a customer/member.

Great location for our needs; nice room; good food; the evening lady at the desk was especially nice and so willing to be helpful. Wish I could remember her name! The patio outside the pool was very nice to sit on with comfortable chairs and a nice view of the lake. Very relaxing.
The water in the hot tub was TOO hot; We only stayed in for about 10 minutes and I really would have enjoyed another 10 minutes. The water in the pool was TOO cool for us ladies but some kids that came as we were leaving really didn't seem to notice. They were having a blast.

Rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Beds were comfortable. Lobby area was very nice and great for meeting up with friends.
Bathrooms! Lighting was not good. But worse, NONE of the plugs worked. We weren't there during the day and I didn't want to leave access to the room for workers to come in while we were gone. Staff was mixed. Some seemed fairly well trained. But one lady (Lisa) was either lazy or very poorly trained. Our group of 10 arrived together. Total of 6 rooms. She had a terrible time finding the rooms and getting people checked in. They blamed Booking for everything. Pretty much said using any third party agent for booking was a nightmare. When it came time to check out we needed to settle up our bills the night before. The same lady (Lisa) was there and said we couldn't do it because she had only been trained on how to check people in. But if we wanted to come back down at 11:00 pm a new lady came on duty who might be able to do it. It wouldn't have been so maddening if she had acted like she was sorry for the inconvenience! So a combination of poor training and poor work ethic.
