Other than the construction going on, the facility was nice, clean and staff was very friendly.

The headboard in room 708 was a little suspect. Needs replacing

I’ve stayed at this property several times and enjoyed it. This stay the bed was worn out (soft) and heater was VERY loud, waking me up every time it cycled.

Nice rooms. Good location for us

I wish I’d known about the construction…..it was not pleasant

Rooms need to be updated. No access to the gym or pool due to construction. No hot water in room 601. Air conditioning didnt work and the room was hot at night. Overall ok for the price of $200 per night.

Great place to stay! Staff was excellent and the beds are comfortable.

It was nice, and everything went well

Property is conveniently located to restaurants and public transportation (RTD). Room offered great view of downtown. Staff personnel were pleasant.

the only thing wrong was the ice machines were down, and the pool wasn't open cause of renovations.
5.0
It's great place to stay. Central to all the places I needed to be while in Denver.

Renovations were annoying, but that’s understandable. Food is expensive but delish!

The fire alarm sounded at 2am two of the three nights I stayed there. Staff apologized, but it’s a bit tough to get back to sleep after that.

This was the first time we have stayed here and we will for sure be back. Friendly staff especially the little gal that bar tends and waits tables at Beau's. can't think of her name right now. Small gal with long brown hair. Absolutely loved her. Loved that there was covered parking and the location was perfect as it played the center of all the places we visited. Clean and quiet.

Needs upkeep
Loud air conditioners in both rooms - wake you up in the middle of the night loud

This was one of the worst Sheraton Hotels I've ever stayed in. After charging more than $220 per night, I got to stay at a hotel under construction. The pool was empty, though you could still walk around it (and possibly fall in). The front door was closed one day while it was being worked on. The fire alarm went off two nights around 2:30am, jarring us awake, over my four night stay. The door to the room next door ended a full inch off of the carpet so I could hear everything going on next door. The staff was very nice but the condition of this property makes me wonder if I should ever stay at a Sheraton again.

Great views of the Denver skyline. Staff is very friendly and rooms are very clean.

More friendliness at check in would be welcomed. Room was great.

Perfect for a weekend stay! Thank you

It was very difficult to sleep in our room in the middle of the night. The thermostat would only go down to 70° and we also had a south facing room, so the sun heated up the room during the day and with the air conditioner only working to 70°. It did not make our room very cool. Therefore, it was difficult to get a good nights sleep. I will be staying at another hotel for our next trip.

Very Clean property and nice staff. Only the Pool was close during our 4 night stay.

Very clean property and kind staff. Only pool was close during our 4 night stay, and coffee or hot water was not set during the night.

The one thing we wanted to do the three days we were in Denver was use the pool. The whole time the pool was murky and had a strange foam on top of the water. It wasn’t until the last day it started to clear up but it still wasn’t great.

Boiler issues so no hot water...complimentary coffee was empty in the morning and no one.was at the front desk to check out or tell. So we dropped the keys and left

Felt closer to a two star property

Room 408 - Facility generally ok, but in need of general maintenance.
As soon as we drove up we saw the giant light-up marquis sign above the top floor of the building was half missing. Not a good first impression and generally set the correct tone and impression for the facility overall. Headboard on the bed was worn with vinyl surface peeling off. Skin/cladding surface of bathroom door was water damage and loose and was hanging onto the door from only the top half. Minifridge was working. But damaged - looked like the rest of the hotel.
Room service delivery was careless. Containers were placed carelessly in bags and had all been juggled around to a point of being upside down in the bags when it got to us. Soup had leaked into the bag, desserts tumbled around sloppily in their containers, pasta sauce leaked out, etc.
Overall, adequate enough but not up to the standard shown on their website or this website, and not really what I'd have imagined a Sheraton property standard to be.

Enjoyed the hotel except that the AC in our room did not work and even after multiple attempts to fix, it still was hit and miss whether it would cool the room. At least they tried.

Everything about this hotel was great, it is a little older and that is seen on the wear and tear of the hotel room however we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay

Feels a bit run down. The air conditioner in my sisters room broke down and the front desk said they may have to move rooms if it couldn’t be fixed. She asked if there was going to be another room available and he said “ we’re booked up so probably not”.

Clean comfy room, friendly helpful staff, we enjoyed the well mainted gym and pool.

Hotel needs some updates, but it was priced right. Service in the restaurant was pretty iffy. It seemed like we were putting them out when we asked to be seated in the nearly empty space.
2.0
The hotel itself was ok - exactly what you would expect. Nothing fancy (which was fine by me and my group), however the staff were incredibly unhelpful when we discovered we were without hot water. We did receive notice when we checked in that there was maintenance happening during the afternoon, however we reported this issue in the early evening and upon checkout today it still was not resolved. The only offer was to move our room (which wouldn’t have solved the problem), or for us to deal with Expedia to request a discounted rate (of $10…on our two night stay which is hardly sufficient for the significant inconvenience of 3 women not being able to shower post pool and hike).
They were also not very helpful with any tips for local suggestions or how to get to/from Red Rocks.
If you don’t care about customer service or properly functioning facilities, then this may be ok for you, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

I don’t think the AC worked. It was 76 degrees with the blackout shades drawn the whole time.

Property was disappointing, felt it was alittle “drab”, or dated. Kinda beat up, had a cold shower and all of my associates from demolition association had the same , food was average for a hotel, nothing special. Good view of Denver and surrounding scenery was only thing I liked .
1.0
The hotel staff were very nice. The hotel was run down and old. I had to be switched to 3 different rooms until one was found that the heating/AC worked. The staff were accommodating, but the hotel rooms need to be remodeled to match the beautiful lobby.
