Had wow factor and lovely vibe, very good quality breakfast and main beds comfortable, fab location and pool
A few staff a little frosty and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable- we asked for a proper duvet instead of a single sheet and ended up
in a battle. However we enjoyed our stay. in the room silverware and plates missing, also at breakfast they ran out of forks and spoons !

Great breakfast as usual for Residence Inns. Beautiful and clean facilities all around. Truly a home away from home. Not expensive, great value. great customer service; we booked through a 3rd party, but when we had to change dates and shorten our trip, we had to call the hotel directly. The staff was perfectly accommodating, even the day before on short notice. Great location on the from range with easy access to Rt 6 and I70, perfect for ski resort commuting and to/from Denver airport. There is also a Mariott Courtyard next door where I had stayed before and it is also excellent.
The only flaw (if you call it that) is that the hot tub that had been located on the pool deck, was now tiled over. Gonzo. kaput. I blame Co-vid.

The property was awesome. Great facility and location. The staff was great and friendly.
Housekeeping not that great. On cleaning day they just change the towels. The trash can was full and they leave the floor dirty.

The front desk lady was absolutely so gracious and professional. I didn't feel well and she took very good care of me.

The big kitchen, the desk, being able to get an Amazon Fire Stick to watch streaming.
The shower was designed by morons. You had to get soaked by cold water to turn it on. No avoiding that.
There was a dog waste bag dispenser that was empty when we got there, still empty when we left.
Breakfast was lame.

Facilities were gorgeous and comfortable.
They advertise as a pet friendly hotel, which they are, but I wish they also informed in advance of the very very high charge they have for bringing a pet. It was five to ten time higher than what other hotels charge to have a pet and I was only informed of the actual charge at the time of check in, when it was too late to go elsewhere.

The breakfast had a nice variety of choices, even for those of us who are vegetarians.
Our stay was for four days and a little more variety would have been nice.

It was clean and the furniture was new and not worn out. it was conveniently located.
There wasn’t anyone at the front desk most of the time. the ice was on the main level so we had to go downstairs from the 3rd floor for ice.

That I was able to leave after 2 nights
This was one of the worst Residence Inns/hotels I've stayed at. The sofa bed in room 211 should not be allowed to be slept on - it's lumpy and awful and you can feel every single spring jutting up into your back. We stayed Fri/Sat night and I couldn't take sleeping on it after a terrible Fri night so I just slept on the couch without folding out the bed.
In addition - on Friday evening, there were loud, noisy guests on the 2nd floor and they kept me awake for THREE HOURS due to all of their noise and yelling, playing music. I went to the front desk to complain and the girl there was like "Well, I just talked to them and they should be quieting down" This was at 1am and they proceeded to make noise until 2am.
All of the doors SLAM close when people enter/exit their rooms and even if the room is 5 down from you, you can hear it because there's about a 2inch gap underneath your door so you hear EVERYTHING.
The bathroom was in pretty poor shape, the tub wasn't cleaned, we had 1 roll of toilet paper and had to go back to the front desk twice to ask for more.
Overall, one of the worst hotel stays I've ever experienced and I can assure you, I will never be back.

Room was very nice.
The fire alarm started low-battery chirping at 5am and after failing to locate a new battery the only way they would move us to another room was if we paid for another night. When we asked management for a discount after they arrived later in the morning we found the night clerk had left a note saying we had deliberately tampered with the alarm with no mention that the battery was failing. (We had removed the battery in order to quiet the alarm not realizing it would summon the fire department but reinstalled it after the front desk clerk knocked on the door). She also accused us of refusing to answer the phone, though when we picked up there was no one on the line. We discovered later that there were batteries in the front desk after the night clerk claimed to have been looking for them for 1/2 an hour and told us maintenance must have moved them. In the morning we were given a partial refund so it was resolved satisfactorily, except it would have been better if we’d just been able to switch rooms or get a new battery promptly.
