The service was terrible. There were bugs in the lobby. Room service entered our room while we gone without permission and left our door open. When brought to there attention they were rude.

Great location-rooftop bar has an amazing view of the arch at night.

Great stay. Great location.

Staff was very rude and had no customer service. The closet had broken handles and the bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets were not soft at all. Do not waste your money at all. Have stayed in super cheap motels much better than this. Will never stay here again.

The overall stay was good. Really, the only issue was the smell of weed. It was so strong on the elevator. The lobby was very nice compared to the rooms. Bed was comfy. The luxury compared to the price, didnt match. We stay from a Friday til Tuesday for my birthday trip. Our room had stadium view. Ther were lots of place to each and walking distance to the Arch was great.

Hotel rooms were a little run down. Service in the restaurant was not speedy. Waiting 10 minutes for a server. However, hotel is in a great location to attend a baseball game.

Hotel is very nice and close to Busch stadium

Room was shabby, elevators were exceptionally slow. The lotion container was empty and the shower barely worked. The room was unmade until late in the day.The person who was on duty when we checked out was barely civil when I asked for a copy of the bill. The location was excellent but the price for this poor facility was way over priced

Great location, easy access

convenient to Busch stadium, the hotel needs some upgrading the textured ceilings in room has quite large chunks that have fallen off. the carpet is stained and bedding has seen better days

I like the close proximity to Busch stadium. Staff was friendly and helpful. Didn't like the room for the price. One of the lamps was broken when we arrived and there was only one trash can in the room.

We enjoyed the proximity to the ball park and the breakfast buffet.

Every morning they would knock on our door. We would answer and say we didn’t need anything and both mornings someone came back shortly after and just walked right in our room. Almost like they were sneaking to see if someone was in there so they could go through our room. Very weird. Especially considering we left out DND door hanger out. My sister was half dressed one of the days and very upset they just walked in. We also had our truck valet parked which cost almost $50 a day and have a HUGE scratch on the passenger door. We were also given a ticket that didn’t match our keys so they had to look through EVERY key hanging in the peg board to find our keys the first night. The bar was above our room and kept us up very late every night with banging and machines going on/off. VERY DISSATISFIED with this stay. There was also old food in the floor over by the window and my sister’s sheets on her bed were dirty with what appeared to be poo or food. And not stains. Fresh something. Ughhhhh. We stay here 3-4 times a year and this trip was horrible. ESPECIALLY for as much as this particular hotel costs. It should have been pristine.

We was able to book on a very short notice when availability was very rudely refused to us on a property that I had reservations for a year.
The Hilton however was able to find us a room on short notice. The Hilton was also a very nice property and the staff was first class.

One night stay in St. Louis to visit arch and go to ballgame. Very convenient location. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Have stayed at this property many times before and it is always a good experience.

The bathroom was so dirty and old. There was so much dirt and grime in the corners of the rooms. The carpet was torn and the shower faucet was just hanging by a thread.

Our room was outdated and in need of repair. The toilet "ran" and although we requested maintenance 3 times, it never happened. The ironing board was broken (which WAS replaced), the toilet paper holder fell apart and on the floor and shower faucet handle was very loose. The tub area was very dingy. Beds were very comfortable though and TV updated with many channels available. 25 floors or so with only three elevators. The hotel has an occupancy surge during baseball season, and people were 30-40 deep in line at each elevator. The staff elevator was even opened to the public to help with the overflow. THAT was why we received no toilet service call the last evening. However, maintenance should have gone to the front of the line of the staff elevator and come directly up when the manager promised immediate service. We were given free breakfast tickets for Sunday morning, and the food was very good. Had we not worked through Expedia, he would have adjusted the room rate. As with any hotel, the rates are "jacked up" when there's an event in the locale. This Hilton was not worth the $390 we paid based on the quality of the room. It was what you'd expect for $150.

The valet there went above and beyond. Alvie was his name I believe. He explained a lot and would help in every way he could. Even told me a few restaurants to try

This hotel was very close to the ballpark. Approximately a 5minute walk. Lots of places to eat in the Ballpark Village. Close walk to Arch, approximately 10minutes. Stay was for 4ays and had to call daily for towels. Hotel bar was very expensive. Three adults,1drink each was $37.00. We valet parked as we didn't feel safe parking across the street in a public parking structure and waling across to the hotel with all of our bags. Overall, a pretty good hotel to stay at if going to the ballgame. Would definately stay there again due to the location of all these venues.

Once we were able to check in we went to our room and opened the door immediately noticed an odor. We decided not to say anything and to just deal with is for our 1 might stay. Once into the room and getting settled I was walking around and noticed the carpet was wet/saturated on one side of the room near the air conditioner unit. Once I looked under and around the unit I saw a puddle of water and saw the air conditions unit dripping. It was disgusting under there as if the unit has been dripping for quite some time. I notified the front desk right away and was told they would send someone up. We were in the room for about 45 minutes and no one came up to check on this. We had to leave due to plans we had that evening. Not one person from the hotel contact me regarding the issues of the air condition unit dripping and the carpet being saturated we could not even walk on the floor without shoes on and the terrible odor in the room. The front desk had my cell phone number as they sent me a text regarding parking. They had all my contact information and still no one reached out to fix the problem or offer a resolution. I did let the front desk know at check out the next morning they should not have anyone stay in that room as it is absolutely not safe for anyone to stay in there until the air conditioning unit is fixed and the carpet is cleaned and dry. The only resolution I received is they waived my parking fee. I feel this was the worse stay I have ever had and expected more

We were going to a ball game. The location was perfect

The room did not have a front view of the stadium similar to what we booked. The North tower is directly in front of the stadium and we should have had a choice to pay more at booking for the North Tower vs the main tower. Windows were very dirty, rooms were outdated and the room had open bottle of free water in the room, the remote looked like it has not been clean in a long time and small wrappers on the ground from the previous guest.
I was not impressed with the stay. My brother that aswell booked had even worst stay with his faucets loose, shower having noises while showering.

Great rooftop! But the hotel definitely needs to be updated it’s very dingy, carpet was disgusting very dirty with stains (unsanitary), my room had trash under the chair, room was not cleaned properly.

Had a guest waiting for me when I arrived at the room...a COCKROACH! I don't care if they are prevalent in warmer climates, it was my first (and hopefully last) time I have actually seen one (outside of photos) in my entire 61 year old life!

Took forever for elevators to stop. and toilet overflowed and backed up in tub. Nasty. Was not even using it. Will find another place to stay next cardinal game.

This hotel is definitely all about location. The room was nothing special some furnishings looked run down. Shower didn’t work properly. Beds weren’t comfortable. But I will say the pillows were amazing.

I was not fond of the $50 rate to park my car. I missed the 5pm close of the enterprise location up the block so had ro pay overnigjt fee. $50 is ridiculous. Walking distance to baseball great apots around area.

When we checked in, I asked if I could get a room close to my daughter and grandsons. The front desk clerk made it happen. We had the buffet breakfast the first morning. When we went back the next day, my daughter didn't go because she wasn't feeling well. The server asked where my daughter was. He made it feel personal.

This property is in need of some updating. The hotel is starting to look dreary.
We had no cold water in our room. Even the toilet had hot water in it. You could not take a shower for fear of being scalded.
1.5 / 5.0
Our room smelled like someone had smoked pot in there. We did get the option to change rooms, but honestly the elevator situation at the hotel was not worth the hassle. The Elevators are always an issue, we will probably look other places the next time we have an event downtown.

My family stayed at the property for the Pink concert and my mom loves St. Louis Cardinals. It was a gift. The overall experience was good, however we found a bug in the bed (my son knocked it off prior to evidence, it is a cashless property and wasn't aware, room needed some updates/work, 3 small elevators to handle 26 floors, the roof top was amazing but slow service and not organized to where the waitors knew new people walked in. If they didn't walk by you, then you didn't get helped. Many people were confused for the terrace elevators and when it started at 4pm vs the normal elevators to go to their rooms.
Overall amenities, location and staff were really great.

We booked 2 beds only got one and a couch with no lines. Was given sheets and was told thats all they had because we booked though a 3rd party

Great location but VERY DATED. Had to ask multiple times for additional towels and TP. The staff was very friendly and polite.

We booked a premium room with a stadium view. We arrived at 4 PM check-in time and were told our premium room on the 11th floor was not ready. We waited over an hour and then were told the room was still not ready. No explanation. We were then moved to the 5th floor with a disappointing view of the building around the stadium and the very top nose bleed seats of the stadium.
Parking is a pain as well. The hotel has none of its own parking. Parking is shared a block and a half from the hotel with other attendees to the ball game. Forty dollars was charged for that inconvenience.
The "Assistant Manager" made little to no effort to prepare the room we paid for. Instead, when I voiced my displeasure with the wait, he seemed to find a way to make our stay even more unpleasant by giving us a room on a lower floor with a horrible view.
I would not recommend this hotel, especially for the rates charged!!!
