We stayed in a king room. The mattress was on a platform. It kept sliding off. The bathroom sink was outside the bathroom. The bathroom itself was very small. The door to the bathroom was a sliding door that didnt lock. The heating A/C unit was so loud when it clagged on and off. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However due to the layout of the room i would probably choose a different hotel.

Very convenient location for the airport. We needed one night for an early morning flight. This worked. A bit more expensive than I would have preferred since we we barely there for 12 hours but it worked.

Entrance to hotel via the parking area was dirty. The room stank. 401. Check in was quick, but we found out we should have booked a shuttle. Morning staff were surly. Sadly, not up to Marriott standards

We had a wonderful experience. Everyone was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. Perfect place to overnight for an early flight the next morning.

We came to Warwick, RI for a wedding and stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites and was happy with our stay. The staff was friendly and very nice decor and so clean and updated. We would recommend highly this hotel.

Overall I liked the hotel, it was always clean, quiet, well lit, the room was comfortable and nice in the general sense of the room. It has a good location with restaurants and necessary shops nearby. I can't comment on the breakfast because I didn't try it. It is convenient because you can get there from the airport through a parking lot, but it is not safe. The day I arrived there were two people smoking almost at the entrance of the hotel, in the following days I found the same people doing the same in other areas around the hotel as well. I could give it 4 stars, but for this reason I will give it 3.

I always come to this location. I was not too pleased with my clerk this time though. The rooms are just starting to need some attention, but overall I am still happy here. Management needs to pay attention to the corners outside the shower. My last three rooms could use attention to this detail. Comfy room and bed, decent breakfast and outside seating, decent coffee, nice lobby.

We were in town for an appointment and stayed 2 nights. We were able to walk to airport and there was a nice restaurant across the parking lot. This hotel was very clean and quiet. Didn’t hear planes at all. Comfy beds and outstanding breakfast included. Highly recommend.

Third experience with this property. Change of ownership seems to have employed indifferent staff. Wifi only available through subscription. Non-functioning temperature control in frigid room. Poor water pressure in shower. Non-vegan breakfast choices. Nice view of airport runway.

The fire alarm went off from burnt toast and the room attendant claimed it happens often. Also the bathroom has dirty peeling wallpaper and the shower curtain was dirty. The air conditioner worked but was very mediocre. Wouldn’t stay again especially for what I paid. So disappointing.

Our prepaid reservation had been cancelled- no one seems to know how it happened. The front desk clerk offered no options. When asked if they had any rooms available, she said there were none. Only after asking and pushing her multiple times did she finally “find” one room available. She also kept telling us that it was the last room they have. That is not relevant to the customer at all.

We stayed here for two separate one-night stays. We were flying in and out of TF Green airport and this hotel was nearby. It is convenient to walk to the airport from the hotel through a parking garage at the rear of the hotel. Our first stay was just ok. The person who checked me in was not very friendly. There was a large group of families with young children staying in the hotel. They allowed their children, ranging from 10-12 years of age to stay in rooms by themselves. This led to much yelling and banging on doors late into the night. For about an hour around midnight, I was unable to sleep due to the noise. I didn't want to call down to the front desk because my family was sleeping through the noise, and I didn't want to wake them. I booked this room approximately 6 months in advance and that turned out to be a mistake as I was charged the maximum price which later came down, but my purchase was nonrefundable. For our second stay about 2 weeks later, the person checking us in was friendlier. When I asked if we could get a to go breakfast because we were leaving at 4 am, I was told they don't have those. We were able to get muffins and bananas at 4am. Our stay this time was much quieter as there were no young children running around the hotel. I think this hotel is a decent choice for a short stay and if you want walking distance to the airport. It is clean and has a free breakfast. There is no pool.

If you are flying into TF Green Airport late and just need a place for the night this works. You can walk from the airport to the hotel. It is good enough for a night but probably not a long term stay option.
